Seminar on enforcement activities: Practical orientation for new students of the Faculty of Law, Dai Nam University

In order to provide practical knowledge about the activities of the enforcement agency and help students orient their careers, the Faculty of Law of Dai Nam University has coordinated with the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Hanoi City to organize a seminar with the topic "Activities of the enforcement agency and opportunities for students majoring in Law." This is part of the Law Practice training program of the Faculty of Law, helping students approach the reality of the profession during their study time.

Attending the discussion were Mr. Vu Hong Duong, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Civil Judgment Enforcement Department; Mr. Le Quang Chuyen, Head of the Department's Organization and Personnel Department; representatives of leaders from the Department's specialized departments; Lawyer Nguyen Ngoc Lan, lecturer of the Faculty of Law, Dai Nam University and students of LKT 15-01 and 15-02.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Vu Hong Duong expressed his appreciation for the training model of the Faculty of Law: “Bringing students to experience real life at state agencies is a necessary training model, helping them to both study and practice, approaching reality early to be ready for future work.”

He also emphasized: Law not only requires legal knowledge but also social understanding and practical experience, these are important factors for students to confidently enter the profession.

At the seminar, Mr. Vu Hong Duong also introduced the structure and functions of the Enforcement Agency and shared about the actual work at the unit. He said that the Agency is always ready to create conditions for students to intern, learn a trade, and gain experience. He encouraged students to pursue their careers with passion and enthusiasm, even though this profession has certain challenges.

With very specific information about the activities of the enforcement agency in general, and the specific activities of the Civil Enforcement Department of Hanoi City in particular, students have more information about the profession, points to note, skills that need to be improved, knowledge that needs to be supplemented and practiced, helping students to have a clearer picture of the jobs that Law students can do and to do them best.

Student Nguyen Quynh Nhu, class LKT15-01 shared: “Participating in activities related to the profession is an activity that students of the Faculty of Law, Dai Nam University always receive support and support from teachers. Especially in the final year of university, we really feel that being in closer contact with reality helps us orient our future careers.”

At the end of the program, the representative of the Hanoi Civil Judgment Enforcement Department expressed his wish to have more meaningful cooperation activities in the future. On behalf of the Faculty of Law, lecturer - lawyer Nguyen Ngoc Lan sent her thanks to the Judgment Enforcement Department and affirmed the great value that the seminar brought to students. She and the students of the Faculty of Law also sent congratulatory flower baskets to the Judgment Enforcement Department.

Visiting and studying at law agencies is an important part of the training program of the Faculty of Law, Dai Nam University. With the training motto of "linking with practice", the Faculty focuses on equipping students with knowledge, skills and confidence through practical experiences, helping them to be more confident in their career path.

In the coming time, the Faculty of Law will continue to organize practical sessions so that students have more opportunities to access the real working environment, better understand legal procedures and professional requirements.
