Signing cooperation agreement on training interns - providing high quality pharmaceutical human resources for businesses

With the goal of creating an environment for Pharmacy students to gain practical experience in prestigious pharmaceutical research - production - business systems; contributing to the supply of high-quality human resources, solving the problem of human resource shortage in the Pharmaceutical industry, Dai Nam University has recently signed a cooperation agreement on training interns - developing high-quality Pharmaceutical human resources with Lotus Pharmaceutical Technology Company Limited.

The two sides signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in training interns and science.

Accordingly, the trainee training cooperation program will be implemented in 9 months and divided into 2 phases:

In phase 1, Dai Nam University Pharmacy interns will learn about the pharmaceutical production process from start to finish; grasp key points that affect product quality as well as propose improvement ideas.

After 6 months of internship at the factory, the interns will be evaluated. Candidates who achieve results of 70% or higher will continue to practice phase 2 in departments such as: research department, quality assurance department, quality control department, material production planning department, warehouse department, etc.

Phase 2 will help interns understand the organizational structure and operation of the internship departments/divisions; perform some tasks in the pharmaceutical research, production and business system. From there, you will have an overview of the company as well as a clear orientation about your future career.

In each stage, interns will be directly supervised, commented and evaluated by the supervisor to the department head. Outstanding members who pass the Company's strict standards will be officially accepted and become employees of Lotus. The remaining members will also be advised, oriented and accompanied in the process of future career development.
