In the solemn and warm atmosphere of the Opening Ceremony, Dr. Le Dac Son gave emotional advice to the new medical students.

First, be grateful to your parents for giving birth to you, raising you, and creating the conditions for you to go to university. Remember to be grateful so that you always have the will to study and practice at school.

Second, people are not born different, only the environment and training and learning make them different. Therefore, during the 6 years of studying at Dai Nam, you need to focus on studying and accumulating knowledge, skills, attitudes, and passion to become global citizens, excellent citizens of the country.

Third, in addition to studying and doing scientific research, you should integrate with the school and society, actively participate in movement activities, especially volunteer activities. Without love for the race, you cannot become a good doctor. Always put your heart and kindness first to serve society, become leading doctors, good doctors in the future.

To the staff and lecturers of the Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Le Dac Son also had a very heartfelt message: "Anything that harms the students, no matter how small, must be resolutely not done; whatever is best for the students, must be done with all our heart and soul." In every person's life, the time spent studying at university is the most important, deciding the success or failure of that person in the future. Therefore, if teachers and schools do not wholeheartedly and wholeheartedly train students to become people who develop comprehensively in terms of expertise and medical ethics, they are guilty towards the students themselves and their families.
