The Faculty of Nursing, Dai Nam University, with its mission of “Training nursing bachelors with adequate expertise; meeting national competency standards and international integration”, is the basis for the Faculty to be trusted and chosen by many generations of students, parents and employers. In July 2023, Dai Nam University solemnly held a graduation ceremony for more than 1,000 students, including more than 100 students of the 13th Nursing course. 90.6% of the 13th Nursing course students graduated on time, 100% of the students were ranked good or higher, including 20% of the students who graduated with honors and distinction. These are very proud achievements of the teachers and students of the Nursing Department, Dai Nam University.

Shortened training time – early employment opportunities after graduation

This is one of the new points and opportunities for students who register to study at DNU. The time of the Bachelor of Nursing training program is accelerated while the “degree value remains unchanged”. Now, Nursing students only need to study for 3.5 years. This helps students save time and money on accommodation and living expenses instead of having to study for 4 years as before. Not only that, students who complete the program early will have more opportunities to increase their income and stabilize their jobs sooner than their peers at other schools.

Practical training

The mission and vision of the Nursing Faculty of Dai Nam University is "To train medical staff who meet national standards and aim for international integration" . To achieve that mission and vision, the Faculty has built a curriculum with increased practical lessons at skill-labs and practice at hospitals. Right from the first semesters, nursing students have been exposed to practical lessons with professional identity, followed by "real combat" at general and specialized hospitals in Hanoi in the following school years.

Here, we do not distinguish which course or class you are in, as long as you are a Nursing student, all difficulties in studying will be helped to be solved in "a flash".

Not only that, when coming to the Faculty of Nursing, you will study in a system of clinical skills rooms, pre-clinical rooms, and simulation rooms of real-life care situations.
