Talented, beautiful, 10X Pharmacy student dispels the stereotype "Pharmacy students are boring, just bookworms"

Le Phuong Thao - a student of Pharmacy class 13.01, impressed with her beautiful appearance, good academic performance and skillful and beautiful dancing ability; she is the young choreographer behind many impressive performances of Dai Nam University. For Phuong Thao, music, dance and dancing are an indispensable part of life. Since her high school days, the female student has won many awards and has been a judge in dance competitions for students in Dien Bien province.

Phuong Thao "sows love" with her sweet beauty.

Carrying that passion to university, Phuong Thao decided to "enroll" in the DNU CREW dance club of Dai Nam University.

“The youthful, dynamic environment, with regular movement activities organized by Dai Nam University, is an opportunity for me to live, contribute and express all my talents and passions. Through the activities I participate in, I also want people to have a different view of Pharmacy students. That is, we are extremely dynamic, creative, enthusiastic, not dry and bookish as everyone thinks," the 10X affirmed.

Phuong Thao and DNU CREW brought many special performances and left an unforgettable impression on teachers and students of Dai Nam University.

Since 2021, Phuong Thao has coordinated choreography for DNU CREW Club's performances in many major programs organized by the School such as: Opening Ceremony and Grand Concert to Welcome New Students; Celebrating the School's Founding Anniversary and Celebrating Vietnamese Teachers' Day November 20; Celebrating the Founding Day of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, ... choreographing many performances for the Faculties.

Recently, the young female choreographer made a great contribution when bringing the performance of the Faculty of Pharmacy to the championship title of Let's Dance Season 5; becoming 1 of 3 performances performed on the 400m2 stage of the Opening Ceremony of the 2023 - 2024 school year and the Grand Concert to Welcome New Students K17, witnessed by nearly 15,000 spectators.

“It can be said that this is the biggest and most spectacular performance since I became a choreographer. I am grateful to the school and teachers for always trusting and creating all conditions for me to freely create and unleash my potential.”

The special, elaborate dance performance of the boys and girls from the Faculty of Pharmacy that won first prize in the Let's Dance Season 5 competition was choreographed by Phuong Thao.

Determined to become a "dynamic, career-oriented, community-responsible" female pharmacist

Passionate about dancing, Phuong Thao always considers studying as her top priority. She always tries to arrange her work schedule and participate in events flexibly and appropriately so as not to conflict with her study schedule. Even though she comes home late from dance practice, she still spends time reviewing her major knowledge.

That effort and diligence has helped 10X maintain Good academic performance. In the 2021-2022 school year, the female student received the School's Academic Encouragement Scholarship.

Sharing the reason for her 'fate' with the Faculty of Pharmacy at Dai Nam University, the female student said : "Through the research process, I found Dai Nam University to be a dynamic environment for learning and development. The quality of training, facilities, excellent teaching staff, many opportunities for practical experience, practice - real-life combat are the key reasons for me to decide to choose the Faculty of Pharmacy at Dai Nam University".

After 5 years of studying, Phuong Thao is not only solid in her expertise but also in her skills. She has been trained and developed comprehensively through Soft Skills classes, military semesters, business experiences, etc. only available at Dai Nam University. Thanks to that, she has established many new relationships, expanding her job connection opportunities.

No matter what difficulties she encounters, Phuong Thao is always supported wholeheartedly by her teachers 24/7: “There is one thing that I am sure that all DNUers are impressed with, and that is the dedication, enthusiasm and super-psychology of the teachers. Even though they are busy, the teachers always care, ask, encourage and support us in every way; they treat us like their own children to take care of and teach us.”

10X is happy to be trained and developed comprehensively through military training right at school.

That is why the female student is always attached to and devotes all her love to the common home of Dai Nam University: “Choosing Dai Nam University is the right decision for me. I will try harder to become a dynamic female pharmacist with a career and community responsibility as the slogan of the Faculty and the University. Don't pay attention to negative energy and never give up.

Being a perfectionist, sometimes Phuong Thao feels down because she hasn't achieved her goals. At that time, the female student will take 1-2 days to rest and 'recharge' herself. After that, the 10X continues to return to work and study with double, triple productivity.

For Phuong Thao, difficulties are just a test for her to grow and become more confident. Therefore, she never allows herself to 'fall'. Thao's point of view is: "Always believe in your own abilities, don't pay attention to negative energies and absolutely do not give up."

The young choreographer constantly strives to improve herself every day.

In the future, Phuong Thao wants to become a dynamic, modern, youthful, happy, healthy, financially independent woman and a solid support for her family. In addition, the female student hopes to contribute more to the community and society.

If given the opportunity, Phuong Thao always wants to be attached to and accompany Dai Nam University: "Besides my dream of becoming a pharmacist, I also want to be attached to Dai Nam University Youth Union in the role of art director".
