6.1. Who is the Head of Department?

Associate Professor, Dr. Ha Thi Hoa (Ha Hoa) received her PhD in Cultural Studies in 2008 and was awarded an Associate Professorship by the State in 2015. Associate Professor, Dr. Ha Thi Hoa was a former National Assembly Delegate of the 11th tenure, a member of the Vietnam Musicians Association, and has many years of experience in training management and directly teaching cultural and artistic subjects at university and postgraduate levels.

Associate Professor, Dr. Ha Hoa has over 30 years of teaching experience and has participated in training management in the field of Culture and Arts at Universities, Departments, and Divisions (Head of Training Department of Thai Binh College of Culture and Arts, Head of Faculty of Culture and Arts, Central University of Art Education, Head of Department of Scientific Research and International Cooperation, Senior Specialist of the Training Department of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, monitoring the Postgraduate sector, Secretary of the Office of the Interdisciplinary Professor Title Council of Culture, Physical Education, Sports...).
