Dai Nam University organized the workshop about developing high quality nursing human resources with Sousei Group
In order to promote international cooperation and create opportunities for Dai Nam students in career opportunities in the Nursing Major, on July 5, 1977, at Dai Nam University, 56 Vu Trong Phung, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi, Dai Nam University held a workshop about developing high quality nursing human resources to share exchanges on opportunities for Dai Nam students specialized in General Nursing to become nurses in Japan.
Dai Nam University was represented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phan Trong Phuc - Headmaster of the university, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Bach Tuyet - Vice Rector and Head of Faculty of Nursing, MSc. Nguyen Viet Anh - Vice Rector and Mr. Tran Huy Doanh - Director of the Overseas Labor Center, Overseas Labor Center (Dai Nam University), together with teachers and staffs.
On behalf of the Japanese delegation, Sousei Group was represented by Honorable Guest, Parliamentarian of Japan - Dr. Tanihata Takashi, Mrs. Matsui Keie - Chairman of Sousei Group, Takeshima Tenmi - CEO of Sousei Group and Mr. Takeshima Mika - Medical Doctor, Human Resources Officers of Sousei Group.

At the seminar, MA Nguyen Viet Anh briefly introduced the history of development, training programs, job opportunities of nursing students and the strategy of developing of the Dai Nam University. Renovating training methods, promoting scientific research activities, enhancing teaching of international programs and expanding international cooperation with foreign partners is the direction and strategy of Dai Nam University to promote the position in the education of country and reach out internationally.

Listening to the sharing of Sousei Group guests, students understood more about the history, role and importance of the Nursing industry as well as opportunities and challenges with Nurses in Vietnam. At the same time, the atmosphere of seminar was exciting and attractive with exchange opportunities for 85 general nursing students in Dai Nam to become nurses in Japan

Mr. Takeshima Tenmi, CEO of Sousei, highly appreciated the development efforts of Dai Nam University over the years and he also believed that Dai Nam University would be a reliable address for high quality nursing human resources training of society and the world. He hoped for a long term cooperation between the two sides and believed in the industry ability of the students of Dai Nam.
The seminar which ended successfully, raised the international cooperation and the quality of training in the trend of exchanges, integration and created jobs for Dai Nam students in general and nursing students in particular.
