Nursing Department of Dai Nam University develops towards gradually meeting ASEAN regional standards and approaching international standards by 2025.

The training program (CTĐT) ensures 125 credits, divided into 11 semesters (applied from K17). General knowledge volume is 17 credits, knowledge block by field is 19 credits, knowledge block by industry group is 10 credits, Industry and supplementary knowledge block is 69 credits, Internship and graduation knowledge block is 10 credits. Practice time increases from 30% to more than 50%.

Dai Nam University students only take 3.5 years to complete the Nursing training program, have more job opportunities, and accumulate more practical experience than their peers who graduate 0.5 years earlier.

2. Student competencies received after each year of study

In the first and second years, students study basic science subjects mixed with basic medical subjects, such as: Foreign languages, Philosophy, Informatics, Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Epidemiology, Microbiology - Parasitology, Basic Nursing, Nursing Skills Practice 1,2,3 (including 55 Basic Nursing skills) reaching level 3/5 of Dave's skill scale in the Skillslab room in small groups on models.

In the third year, students learn theory and practice at the Skillslab in the school and do internships at central hospitals in the skills of Internal Medicine Nursing, Surgical Nursing, Pediatric Nursing, Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing, Emergency Resuscitation Nursing, Infection Control Nursing, Rehabilitation Nursing, etc.

In the 4th year, students continue to study and practice at the hospital the skills of Psychiatric Nursing, Community Nursing, Elderly Nursing, Traditional Medicine Nursing and Graduation Internship.

03 methods of admission to Nursing at Dai Nam University
