Thinking about the passion of the President of Dai Nam University - Dr. Le Dac Son

Chairman of the Board of Dai Nam University, Dr. Le Dac Son always keeps in mind that: "Anything that is harmful to students, no matter how small, will be resolutely not done; anything that is best for students, will be done with all my heart and soul."
The captain's passion has inspired and become the motto of action of all cadres, lecturers and employees of Dai Nam University over the years. In all their work, each cadre, lecturer and employee acts for the students, putting the interests of the students first. Not only wholeheartedly and with all their might, but also sometimes having to be "patient" to bring the best to the students. That is what has created the development of Dai Nam University in terms of scale and especially the increasingly improved training quality. Dai Nam University has become a bright spot in the Vietnamese higher education system.

The character Liu Bei in the novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms told his son before he died: "Do not think that evil is too small to do, do not think that good is too small to not do." Liu Bei's teachings have become a famous proverb, a philosophy of life towards goodness for people.
In 1982, in an article published in The Atlantic magazine by social scientist George Kelling. This person first mentioned the theory of "Broken Windows Effect". This theory is really simple but extremely important. For example, a hallway is originally very clean, but if someone throws a bag of trash in the corner of the wall and it is not cleaned up in time. A few bags of trash will soon become a large garbage dump, and over time the hallway will become a place for garbage to gather and become smelly and dirty. This is the "Broken Windows Effect". At first it is just a small problem, but if not promptly resolved, the problem will grow bigger and the consequences will become serious. If at first you cannot control a few small desires, compromise a little, ignore a few minor illnesses,... it will eventually become very big, even uncontrollable.
The success of each person and each unit is often the result of very small things. We need to respect these very small things, because they are the starting point of success.
People still say, one of the three great fortunes in life is to meet good seniors at work. Although I have not been associated with Dai Nam University for long enough, I personally have great confidence in the leadership, especially the dedication and "ambition" of the head of the school - Dr. Le Dac Son.
And certainly, with the dedication of President Le Dac Son: "Anything that is harmful to students, no matter how small, will be resolutely not done. Whatever is best for students, we will do it with all our heart and strength", Dai Nam University will definitely train generations of global citizens, meeting the requirements of the 4.0 industrial revolution and contributing to building a rich and beautiful Vietnam; certainly generations of Dai Nam staff and lecturers will have a "playground" to affirm their own values and make the best contributions to the education career.
