Overview of Tourism and Travel Services Management
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism estimates that by 2020, the tourism industry, including all areas from services, guides and tourism management, will need 870,000 direct workers, equivalent to about 40,000 more workers each year, and over 2.2-2.5 million indirect tourism workers to ensure the efficiency of the "machine". This is a great opportunity for students majoring in Travel and Tour Guiding after graduation to have the opportunity to work in the right profession, and if you are proficient in another foreign language, you will certainly be sought after by companies and paid a high salary.
On September 24, 2015, the Ministry of Education and Training issued a decision allowing Dai Nam University to offer full-time undergraduate training in Tourism and Travel Services Management. Students are trained according to ASEAN and EU standards. Graduates can meet the requirements of the labor market in terms of skills, professional knowledge, foreign languages and professionalism.

- The school equips students with in-depth specialized knowledge in tourism and travel services management:
+ Have broad enough knowledge, research ability, self-study ability to continue to improve and expand specialized knowledge to adapt to the development needs of the domestic and regional service economy.
+ Ability to perform and organize service and tourism operations, demonstrating a unique style of an administrator in judgment and building business strategies in the "smokeless" industry.
+ Graduates are able to select information, analyze, make decisions and organize start-up activities, long-term orientation as well as short-term business operations in service enterprises in general, especially businesses in accommodation, restaurant and travel services...
- When studying tourism and travel service management, students will be thoroughly trained and proficient in the necessary skills, qualities, and manners of a tourism worker and equipped with knowledge and practical experience to help students adapt and integrate well with domestic and international working conditions and environments.
- The teaching staff of the Tourism and Travel Management major are teachers with extensive experience in teaching and working in the Tourism industry, formally trained domestically and internationally. In addition, the school also invites teachers who are experts with many years of experience in training and professional practice.
