Training on university teaching methods: “Graduates cannot have good jobs, lecturers cannot have good jobs either…”

That was emphasized by Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the University Council at the program "Training in university teaching methods for lecturers of Dai Nam University, academic year 2021 - 2022".

Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the School Board personally shared and encouraged the spirit of learning to improve qualifications and teaching methods for lecturers.

Implementing the direction of the School Council on implementing the annual training and capacity building plan for lecturers, Dai Nam University has recently successfully organized a training program on university teaching methods for lecturers for the 2021-2022 school year.

This is an annual professional activity; helping each lecturer, especially young lecturers, to correctly grasp the mission of a teacher; creating motivation and inspiration for work and study; providing additional useful knowledge, positive thinking and working methods, aiming at comprehensive education, helping graduates have a good life and become good citizens.

The Training Program was enthusiastically received by the instructors.

Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the University Council shared frankly and passionately about the development orientation of Dai Nam University in the coming time; the role and responsibility of lecturers in the work of being a teacher.

“Every individual and organization is born with their own mission. The mission of Dai Nam University is to help graduates have a good life and become good citizens. The mission of Dai Nam teachers is to help students understand how their chosen career will follow them throughout their lives, what they will learn in this field, how to learn, and what jobs they can do after graduation… In particular, teachers must be good coaches who can ignite the passion for learning in the hearts of their students… I hope that every lecturer of Dai Nam University understands the glorious mission of being a teacher; has more positive energy and the will to contribute…” Dr. Le Dac Son especially emphasized.

According to Dr. Le Dac Son, if students cannot get good jobs and good lives after graduation, it means that teachers cannot get good jobs and good lives either.

Dr. Nguyen Thi Thanh - Deputy Head of the Faculty of Education, Academy of Educational Management shared about "Teaching methods and techniques to promote positivity".

Participating in the Training program, lecturers of Dai Nam University listened to interesting sharing from Dr. Nguyen Thi Thanh - Deputy Head of Education Department, Academy of Educational Management on "Teaching methods and techniques to promote positivity".

Dr. Le Thi Thanh Huong - Vice Principal shares about lesson planning methods.

Dr. Le Thi Thanh Huong - Vice Principal of the school directly trained on how to design lectures; experience in organizing and managing classes and students; methods of inspiring and motivating students to be passionate about learning; effective and positive methods of testing and evaluating students... to improve the quality of teaching in accordance with the reality at Dai Nam University.

Dr. Le The Anh - Head of the Accounting Department discussed with lecturers about the technique of building the Training Program Matrix, Detailed Outline, Learning Materials...; about the suitability of Output Standards with training objectives.
