Training to improve the capacity of cadres, lecturers and employees is an annual activity of Dai Nam University to build and develop a team of professional, skilled and enthusiastic staff to implement the development strategy of the University in the new period. This year, the training week took place from August 2 to 12 with 7 major topics, attracting the participation of 800 cadres, lecturers and employees throughout the university.

The training week for staff, lecturers and employees at the beginning of the school year is an annual professional activity of Dai Nam University.

7 topics shared during the training week for cadres, lecturers and staff at the beginning of the 2022-2023 school year of Dai Nam University include:

1. School construction and development strategy for the period 2022 - 2023;

2. Work plan for the 2022-2023 school year and some principles in management and operation of the Board of Directors;

3. Some issues on labor regulations, work culture and orientation of communication, enrollment and student work for the 2022-2023 school year;

4. Some key issues in training management for the 2022-2023 school year;

5. Teaching Methods and Technology 4.0;

6. Learning and University in the new context;

7. Innovative University Model and Higher Education Ranking: Trends in Vietnam and the World.

Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the University Council directly shared about the Development Strategy of Dai Nam University for the period 2022 - 2030.

At the beginning of the Training Week, Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the Board of Dai Nam University directly shared about the development strategy and action policies of the University in the new period. Specifically: The period 2022 - 2030 is a period of fierce competition in Vietnamese higher education, Dai Nam University needs to restructure to survive and develop in the new period.

With the topic of the 2022-2023 school year work plan, Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Van Hong - Rector pointed out the strengths, weaknesses as well as opportunities and challenges of Dai Nam University in the new period. From there, specific solutions were proposed for each issue, from training programs, textbooks - learning materials, business training cooperation, scientific research, ... to the management system, lecturers, students, alumni.

Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Van Hong - President of Dai Nam University shared about the work plan for the 2022 - 2023 school year.

At the same time, Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Van Hong directed the rapid completion of the Code of Conduct and the brand identity of Dai Nam University. In particular, the President emphasized that the standard rules of Dai Nam people must be "Real". That is: Real teaching - real learning - implementation - real strength - real work - real value. These are the prerequisites for building a team of cadres, lecturers, and employees who are good at their profession, enthusiastic, and devoted to the cause of "growing people".

“To gain the trust of learners, we must first know how to improve and train ourselves, from professional qualifications to behavior. When we unify our style, ideology and awareness, we can go far and develop sustainably…” , Mr. Hong commented.

At the training session, Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - Vice Principal of the School frankly shared issues about labor regulations, working culture and orientation of communication, enrollment, and students for the 2022-2023 school year. Accordingly, Ms. Cao Thi Hoa especially emphasized the role and importance of communication - enrollment - student affairs - political administration, and human resources in developing the School's brand.

Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - Vice Principal presented the topic "Some issues on labor regulations, working culture and orientation of communication, enrollment, and students for the 2022 - 2023 school year"

In particular, Ms. Cao Thi Hoa directed all staff, lecturers and employees to practice thrift and avoid loss and waste in teaching, recruiting staff and using the school's common assets.

“If we are united and unanimous, there is nothing we cannot do,” Ms. Hoa emphasized.

With the topic Some key issues in training management for the new school year, Dr. Le Thi Thanh Huong - Vice Principal summarized the training work of the 2021 - 2022 school year; at the same time, proposed key tasks for the 2022 - 2023 school year.

Mr. Dinh Quang Hung - Vice Principal shared about the innovative university model and higher education rankings: Trends in Vietnam and the world. Accordingly, starting from the 2022 - 2023 school year, Dai Nam University will have development strategies to put its name on the higher education rankings map of Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
