On the evening of April 25, the National Women's Volleyball Team, called Sport Center I, competed with Paykan Club (Iran) and won 3-2 under the enthusiastic cheers of the audience and students of Dai Nam University. The match took place right after the Opening Ceremony of the VTVcab Cup Asian Women's Club Volleyball Championship 2023 on the same evening at Vinh Phuc Provincial Sports Gymnasium. Dai Nam University is honored to be the main sponsor of the National Women's Volleyball Team participating in the 2023 Asian Women's Club Volleyball Championship.

The opening ceremony of the VTVcab Cup 2023 Asian Women's Club Volleyball Championship was solemnly held at Vinh Phuc Provincial Sports Gymnasium.
The VTVcab Cup Asian Women's Club Volleyball Championship 2023 takes place from April 25 to May 2, with the participation of more than 200 coaches, athletes, and members of 9 countries and territories, including the clubs: Hisamitsu Springs (Japan), Liaoning Donghua (China), Diamond Food Fine Chef Sport Club (Thailand), King Whale Taipei (Taiwan-China), Paykan (Iran), Altay (Kazakhstan), Khuvsgul Erchim (Mongolia), Hip Hing VC (Hong Kong-China) and the Vietnam national team named Sport Center I.
According to the format, 9 teams are divided into 2 groups, competing in a round robin to calculate points. Based on the results of the group stage, the teams will compete for positions from 1 to 4 and from 5 to 9.
Permanent Vice Chairman of Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee Vu Viet Van presented souvenirs to the leaders of the Asian Volleyball Federation, the leaders of the Vietnam Volleyball Federation and Dai Nam University.
The Organizing Committee will award Cups and Medals to the teams ranked First, Second, Third and 8 individual awards including: 1 All-round Athlete, 2 Outstanding Attackers, 2 Outstanding Middle Blockers, 1 Outstanding Setter, 1 Outstanding Switcher and 1 Outstanding Liebro.
The winning team will represent Asia at the 2023 World Club Volleyball Championship in China.

With the core of well-trained players, trained through many domestic tournaments and participating in many international tournaments, and with the enthusiastic support of fans, the players of the Vietnam National Volleyball Team won against Paykan Club (Iran) with a score of 3-2. The scores of the sets were 25-22, 21-25, 25-18, 22-25 and 15-10.
In particular, with their youthful energy and passionate love for sports and for the country's flag and colors, Dai Nam University students have added energy and fighting spirit to the national female players.
