In 2017, the Banking and Finance Department of Dai Nam University recruited 4 subject groups: Math - Literature - English, Math - Natural Sciences - English, Math - Natural Sciences - Social Sciences and Math - Literature - Civic Education according to 2 methods:
- Admission of high school graduates is based on the results of the National High School Exam at examination clusters chaired by Universities; Admission threshold according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
- Admission of high school graduates is based on high school academic results with the condition that the total score of three subjects according to the exam block of grade 12 for university candidates is 18 points or higher and grade 12 conduct is ranked Good or higher.
Candidates applying to Dai Nam University will receive a full scholarship when they achieve a score of 27 points based on their academic records and 25 points based on their national high school exam ; and will receive a scholarship when they achieve a score of 25 points based on their academic records and 23 points based on their national high school exam .
