Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Anh Tai is currently the Dean of the Graduate School, Dai Nam University. He has a PhD in Political Economy since 1994 with a thesis on “The role of the State in the transition to a market economy in Vietnam”. He was formerly the Vice President of the University of Economics, Vietnam National University, Hanoi for 2 terms from 2007 to 2017.
