Despite his young age, 24-year-old Le Trung Dung has 9 years of experience as a barber. He apprenticed and worked before entering university. His time studying Business Administration at Dai Nam University has inspired him to pursue a new path, which is to start a business from the job he loves and is passionate about.

Le Trung Dung was once the class monitor of the Business Administration Faculty K4.
During his studies, Dung was trained in many important skills of a business owner. From the skills of planning and implementing business strategies and policies; operating and managing business activities of the enterprise; to the skills of creating, implementing and managing business plans, marketing management, business management,... he has mastered them all very firmly.
Dung shared: " After graduating from the Business Administration major at Dai Nam University, students have many career options. Some people follow the path of civil servants, others work for foreign companies or private companies. But there is another direction, which is to start their own business. And young people with enough passion and courage should follow this path, even though they know that there are many difficulties."

He chose the path of entrepreneurship right after graduating.
With a foundation of knowledge and the courage of a businessman, Dung immediately embarked on the path of starting a business after graduating. In October 2015, he officially established Andis Shop, a store specializing in providing genuine American clippers to the market. The first and also the biggest difficulty in the early days of starting a business was how to convert clippers using 110V power source (in the US) to 220V power source in Vietnam. The different voltage, combined with different machine capacity, made the product unable to operate in Vietnam. Dung spent a lot of time researching and testing power converters to suit the product.
For a long time, he had to go to many electricians to ask about technical expertise as well as test different power converters. The cost of each power converter was not cheap and he personally bought them to test. These power converters had the problem of being quite large and cumbersome, and expensive. After many efforts to search, Dung was lucky to find a suitable power converter with a cost reduced to 1/3 compared to before, suitable to help the product operate normally under the voltage conditions of Vietnam.
With an initial capital of only 10 million VND, Dung mobilized an additional 50 million VND from family and friends to officially start the business. After more than 1 year, Dung's revenue is estimated to reach over 800 million VND. Dung believes: "Just follow your passion, success will come". Now, not only a barber, Dung is also the "owner" of a shop specializing in providing clippers from the US to the market.
