Additional university admissions: Candidates are not allowed to change their wishes

On August 21, the Ministry of Education and Training sent an official dispatch to universities, academies; colleges and universities; and departments of education and training regarding regular university and college enrollment in additional admission rounds.

For candidates, the Ministry requires: According to the current regulations on admission to full-time universities and colleges, in the additional admission rounds, after registering for admission to the school, candidates are not allowed to change their wishes and cannot withdraw their application to transfer to another school.

Candidates submit their applications at the National Economics University in the first round of admission.

Candidates use the barcode number of each Certificate of Examination Results to register for admission to a single school; submit the Registration Form (according to form 1) by one of the following methods: submit it to the Department of Education and Training or the high school as prescribed by the Department of Education and Training, by post by express delivery or submit it directly to the school.

Upon admission, candidates must bring their Certificate of Exam Results to complete admission procedures at the school.

For the Departments of Education and Training, the Ministry requires that within the prescribed time for each registration period , the organization receives the candidates' registration; transfers the candidates' registration data to universities and colleges. At the end of each admission period, send the list of candidates (according to the form) to the Ministry via the email address ts2015@moet.edu.vn ; and keep the candidates' registration forms.

For universities and colleges: Regularly update registration information and update the list of candidates in the school's registration data; organize admission exams, announce admission results on the school's website and send admission notices to candidates./.
