Admission instructions for new students K18 Dai Nam University

The Council of Dai Nam University officially announces the admission for new students of the 18th course (K18) in 35 regular university training majors, 01 international training major and 06 international joint training programs.

Admission time

New students of K18 will complete admission procedures from August 20-31, 2024 in two forms.

Specifically:

- Online admission date: From August 20 to August 31, 2024

- Direct enrollment date (at school): From August 24 - May 25, 2024

• Morning: 7:30 – 12:00
• Afternoon: 13:30 – 17:30

Note: Direct admission time is allocated according to the major, new students need to monitor and comply with the exact admission time stated in their admission notice.

1. Online admission process

Step 1: Check information and update profile

New students visit the website: https://nhaphoconline.dainam.edu.vn to check information and update student profiles.

Note: All new students must complete this step.

Step 2: Pay tuition

- To pay the admission fee by bank transfer via bank App or e-Wallet (Momo, ZaloPay, ShopeePay...)

- In the Admission Fees section on the online admission portal https://nhaphoconline.dainam.edu.vn/ to pay.

- After successfully transferring the admission fee, new students will receive a payment confirmation message/email from Dai Nam University.

Note: New students who wish to pay tuition in cash will submit on August 24-25, 2024.

Step 3: Complete enrollment

After completing all the above steps, new students will receive a successful admission confirmation message/email.

Note:

- If online admission is successful, new students only need to come to school to submit their admission application and participate in the welcoming activities of the Faculty and the School on August 24 or August 25, 2024 (according to the schedule in the admission notice).

- At the same time, go to school according to the schedule sent via email or see it at the online admission portal: https://nhaphoconline.dainam.edu.vn/

2. Direct admission process

Step 1: Check information and update profile

Before going to school to complete the admission procedures directly, new students must visit the website: https://nhaphoconline.dainam.edu.vn to check information and update student records.

Note: All new students must complete this step.

Step 2: Get a serial number

New students and parents take a number at the reception desk in front of the Hall and move into 03 Halls divided by majors.

Step 3: Submit application for admission

- New students submit admission application at the admission office.

New students prepare complete admission documents and submit them directly at the admission reception location. The documents that need to be fully prepared are as follows:

+ Admission notice (original)

+ Military service transfer recommendation letter (for men)

+ Certificate of high school graduation exam results in 2024 (original)

+ Temporary graduation certificate (original) or high school graduation certificate (notarized photocopy).

+ High school transcript (notarized copy)

+ Birth certificate (notarized photocopy), Citizen ID card (notarized photocopy)

+ CV (with confirmation stamp of the Commune/Ward People's Committee)

Step 4: Pay tuition

- Students pay tuition by bank transfer or cash.

- Finish paying tuition and move to the exit of the Hall, here, new students will be welcomed by teachers and seniors to the Faculty's new student reception room.

Step 5: Faculties welcome and meet new students

New students participate in activities to meet with faculty leaders, homeroom teachers, participate in professional experiences, participate in fun activities with prizes,... as well as visit and take check-in photos to record the moment of officially becoming new students at the School's spaces.

Special note for new students K18

Dai Nam University held the Opening Ceremony and Grand Concert to Welcome New Students K18 on September 28, 2024. In this program, Dai Nam University conducted a lucky draw and awarded prizes up to 324 million VND to new students.

Specifically:

- 03 SH Honda 160i 2024 motorbikes worth 95 million VND/bike

- 01 Lenovo Ideapad Slim 5 14IAH8 83BF002NVN Laptop worth 15 million VND.

Lucky draw participants

To participate in the drawing, candidates must meet both of the following conditions:

- Condition 1: Submitted application directly to the Admissions Office of Dai Nam University from May 2 to September 9 and received a "Lucky Candidate" lottery ticket directly or via email.

- Condition 2: Have been admitted and completed the admission procedures to Dai Nam University for the 2024-2025 school year before September 9, 2024.

Conditions for receiving the award

To receive the prize, candidates must meet the following 3 conditions:

- Condition 1: Candidates must be present in person at the 2024 Dai Nam University New Student Welcome Gala (expected date: September 28, 2024).

- Condition 2: Contestants who are absent from the program for any reason will not be eligible to receive the prize. The drawing will be re-done to award the prize to another eligible contestant.

- Condition 3: When receiving the prize, the contestant must bring an ID card with a photo or the lottery ticket that was issued to verify the information (including the email ticket).
