Admission instructions for new students of K16 in 2 forms

The Admissions Council of Dai Nam University announces the admission for full-time undergraduate students of the 16th course (K16). Accordingly, new K16 students will enroll in two forms: online and in person from October 18 to 07, 2022.

- Online admission: from October 18 - 07, 2022.

- Direct admission: from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm on October 18 - 7, 2022.

1. Instructions for candidates to apply online (from October 18 - 07, 2022)

Step 1: Check information and update profile

- Candidates visit website https://nhaphoc.dainam.edu.vn to check information and update profile.

Step 2: Pay tuition

Candidates pay directly at the bank or transfer money according to the details:

- Beneficiary: Dai Nam University

- Account number: 3901513

Vietnam Prosperity Bank (VPBank - Ha Tay Branch)

- Amount: According to information in the admission notice

Transfer content:

Example: Nguyen Van A 0961595599 01012004 123456789111

Note: When depositing money at the bank, you need a receipt (receipt, deposit slip). If you transfer money, you need to take a photo of the successful transaction for reference when necessary.

Step 3: Complete enrollment

- After completing the above steps, candidates will receive a text message/email confirming successful enrollment and prepare to go to school according to the schedule from the Training Department.

Note:

If online enrollment is successful, candidates may not need to go to school to complete enrollment procedures directly, but only need to go to school to attend classes according to the schedule sent via email.

2. Instructions for candidates to enroll directly at the school

Step 1: Check information and update profile

- Candidates visit website https://nhaphoc.dainam.edu.vn to check information and update profile.

Step 2. Submit application and tuition at school

From 8:00 to 17:00, from October 18 to 7, students will come directly to the School and be guided to complete the application and tuition procedures according to regulations.

+ Prepare documents

- Certificate of high school graduation exam results in 2022 (original).

- Notarized copy of High School Diploma/Temporary High School Graduation Certificate.

- Notarized copy of High School Transcript (submit a copy and must bring the original for comparison).

- Notarized copy of ID card/CCCD.

- Notarized copy of birth certificate.

+ Complete tuition

- Students prepare tuition fees according to their major and pay directly or transfer money to the school's cashier.

New students please note the following timelines:

1. Students who have successfully enrolled online will not need to come to school for in-person enrollment.

2. Students attend the Opening Ceremony & Welcome new students: expected early October

3. Students go to school: from Monday, October 3, 2022
