NOTIFICATION
(Regarding re-organizing classes)
To: Heads of Departments and Offices
- Based on training plan 2016 - 2017
- Based on the actual situation and proposals of the departments
The Principal hereby announces the resumption schedule for students of the following courses:
1. Subjects : All students who are eligible to retake regular university courses .
2. Time :
- Students pay tuition fees again at the Finance - Accounting Department from March 9, 2017 - March 22, 2017
- Students submit the re-tuition fee receipt and register at the faculty: March 20, 2017 – March 22, 2017
- Evening classes every day according to schedule, from: March 27, 2014 – June 10, 2017
3. Location : Dai Nam University – 56 Vu Trong Phung – Thanh Xuan – Hanoi
4. Expected courses to open :
1. Subjects : All students who are eligible to retake regular university courses .

- Students pay tuition fees again at the Finance - Accounting Department from March 9, 2017 - March 22, 2017
- Students submit the re-tuition fee receipt and register at the faculty: March 20, 2017 – March 22, 2017
- Evening classes every day according to schedule, from: March 27, 2014 – June 10, 2017

5. Implementation process
* Student:
Step 1: Students pay tuition fees at the Finance - Accounting Department
Step 2: Submit receipt to the course management department (photocopy) and register for study.
Step 3: View class schedule announcements on the school's website and bulletin board
* Course management department:
Step 1: Faculty receives student receipt
Step 2: Make a list of actual students studying for each course
Step 3: If 15 students register for a course (10 students for a major), the faculty will contact the teaching teacher (70% of the training program) and arrange a study day during the week.
Step 4: The Faculty notifies the Training Department of the results of classes with enough students to retake to arrange classrooms (on March 23, 2017)
Note :
- Students who are re-taking courses but do not have enough classes must proactively check the timetable and register to combine courses with the current courses or the following semesters.
- Outside of the above time, the school will not handle any other cases .
