ANNOUNCEMENT OF ENROLLMENT for Master degree training in 2020

NOTIFICATION
ENROLLMENT FOR MASTER'S DEGREE TRAINING IN 2020
Pursuant to the Master's training regulations issued with Circular No. 15/2014/TT-BGDDT dated May 15, 2014 of the Minister of Education and Training;
Dai Nam University announces the enrollment for Master's degree training in 2020 as follows:
1. TRAINING MAJORITY, FORM AND TRAINING DURATION:
1.1. Training majors:
- Economic management Code: 8310110
- Finance - Banking Code: 8340201
- Accounting Code: 8340301
1.2. Training form : Full-time
2. CONDITIONS FOR ENTRANCE:
Candidates for admission to master's degree training in a major/specialization must meet the following conditions:
+ About the degree:
- Have a university degree in the correct or appropriate major to the major/specialization registered for the exam. (The difference in content and volume of knowledge according to the program of Dai Nam University is not more than 10%).
- People with a university degree in a field similar to the field/major they are applying for ( no more than 40% difference in content and volume of knowledge ) must take additional knowledge courses before taking the exam. The list of transferable subjects is specified in the attached Appendix.
- University graduates with a major other than the one they registered for must take additional courses before taking the exam. The list of transfer courses is specified in the attached Appendix.
- University degrees issued by foreign educational institutions must undergo recognition procedures according to current regulations.
+ Have a clear personal history (not currently serving disciplinary action from warning or above)
+ Be healthy enough to study
+ Submit complete application documents on time according to Dai Nam University regulations.
3. EXAM CONTENT

The following cases are exempted from the English exam:
- Have a university, master's or doctoral degree from a foreign country where the language of study is English, and the degree is recognized according to current regulations.
- Have a university degree in advanced program according to the Project of the Ministry of Education and Training.
- Have a university degree in English Language.
- Have an English proficiency certificate at level 3/6 of the 6-level foreign language proficiency framework for Vietnam or equivalent (Appendix II, attached to Circular No. 15/2014/TT-BGDDT dated May 15, 2014 of the Minister of Education and Training) within 2 years from the date of certificate issuance to the date of exam registration, issued by an institution authorized or recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training.
4. PRIORITY SUBJECTS AND POLICIES:
4.1. Priority subjects:
a) Candidates who have worked continuously for 2 years or more (as of the application deadline) in localities defined as Region I in the current regulations on regular university and college admissions. In this case, candidates must have a decision to accept work or transfer or second work from a competent agency or organization;
b) War invalids and people enjoying policies like war invalids;
c) Children of martyrs;
d) Hero of the armed forces, hero of labor;
d) Ethnic minorities with permanent residence registration of 2 years or more in the locality specified as region I in the current regulations on regular university and college admission;
e) Children of resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals, recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as having deformities, disabilities, or reduced ability to self-reliant in daily life and study due to the consequences of toxic chemicals.
4.2 Priority policy :
Priority candidates will have 1 point added to their exam results (on a 10-point scale) for the key subject of their major/specialization and 10 points for English (on a 100-point scale).
5. ADMISSION DOCUMENTS :
Application documents include:
- Application form (01 copy according to the form);
- Personal CV certified by the agency/authority;
- Copy of Birth Certificate (notarized);
- Copy of university diploma and transcript (notarized). In case of candidates transferring from intermediate or college to university, they must have the intermediate or college diploma and transcript attached; If applying for a second degree, they must have the diploma and transcript of the first degree;
- Notarized certificate of priority (if any);
- Health certificate (from General Hospital or Medical Center, not more than 3 months old);
- 02 stamped envelopes with the candidate's address and phone number clearly written;
- 08 4x6 photos.
6. TEST TIME AND LOCATION
+ Expected exam time : March 21, 22, 2020
+ Exam location : Dai Nam University - No. 1, Xom Street, Phu Lam, Ha Dong, Hanoi.
7. ISSUANCE AND COLLECTION OF DOCUMENTS
- Application documents are issued and collected directly from February 15, 2020 to March 10, 2020 at the Graduate Training Institute - Dai Nam University.

Note:
- When submitting an application, candidates must carefully review the conditions for taking the exam according to the school's admission announcement. If the application is not approved by the school's Admissions Council, the application and fee will not be refunded.
