ANNOUNCEMENT OF RE-ORGANIZING CLASSES IN PHARMACY FACULTY

NOTIFICATION

(Regarding the organization of re-classes of the Faculty of Pharmacy)

             Dear: Head of Pharmacy Department

                Administration, Training, Finance - Accounting, Testing Department

-          Based on training plan 2015 - 2016

-          Based on the proposal of the Head of Pharmacy Department

-          Based on actual situation

The Board of Directors announces the re-class schedule for students of Pharmacy courses as follows:

1.       Subjects : All students who are required to retake courses 7, 8, 9 .

2.        Time :

-           Students re-registering at the Faculty of Pharmacy: June 4, 2016 – June 25, 2016.

-           Students pay tuition again at the Finance and Accounting Department: June 27, 2016 – July 9, 2016.

-           Study time on specific days according to schedule, from: July 25, 2016 - August 20, 2016.

-           Exam time: August 20, August 27 and September 3, 2016

3.       Location : Dai Nam University – Phu Lam – Ha Dong – Hanoi

4.        Implementation process : According to regulations on re-studying, re-examining, and improving scores issued under Decision No. 75/QD-DN-DT of the President of Dai Nam University dated January 15, 2015.

The Faculty of Pharmacy is responsible for receiving student registration, arranging classes, contacting subject teachers, and arranging study time equal to 70% of the prescribed volume of the subject.

Require units to strictly follow the assigned schedule.
