(Regarding re-organizing classes)
To: Heads of Departments, Divisions, Centers
- Based on the training plan for the 2016-2017 school year
- Based on actual situation
The Board of Directors announces the plan to re-organize classes for students of the following courses:
1. Subjects : All students who are required to retake regular university courses.
2. Time :

1 | September 14, 2016 – September 24, 2016 | Students register to retake the course at the Department of Course Management and pay the retake fee at the Department of Finance and Accounting. |

2 | 26/09/2016 – 28/09/2016 | The faculties will base on the number of students who have registered to retake the course and have paid at the Finance and Accounting Department, and contact the teaching teachers. |

3 | 29/09/2016 – 30/09/2016 | The Training Department has rescheduled classes to the evening. Classes will start on October 3, 2016. |

5. Division of work :
- Finance and Accounting Department: Collect tuition fees
- Training Department: Announce class schedule, arrange classrooms
- Course Management Departments: Receive student registrations and make a list of classes based on actual registrations, contact subject teachers, arrange class schedules,
- Examination and Quality Assurance Department: Exam Organization
- Administration Department: Prepare classrooms
6. Implementation process
Ø Student:
Step 1: Students register to retake the course at the Faculty of Course Management
Step 2: Students pay tuition fees again at the Finance and Accounting Department.
Step 3: View class schedule announcements on the school's website and bulletin board
Ø Department of course management:
Step 1: Faculty registers the list of students to retake the course on the software.
Step 2: Make a list of actual students studying for each subject
Step 3: If 15 students register for a course (10 students for a major), the faculty will contact the teaching teacher (70% of the training program) and arrange a study day during the week.
Step 4: The Faculty notifies the Training Department of the list of courses and registration sessions to arrange classrooms (on September 29, 2016).
Note :
- Students who repeat courses not listed in section 4 and do not register for enough classes must proactively check the timetable and register for combined courses with the courses they are taking.
- Outside of school hours, no other cases will be resolved .
