Dai Nam University (school code DDN) announces enrollment for full-time university program in 2024.

Dai Nam University Admissions Council announces enrollment for full-time undergraduate training in 2024 in 35 training majors with 03 admission methods.

Admission method

Method 1: Consider the results of the 2024 high school graduation exam - 30% of the total target
Method 2: Consider high school academic results (Consider academic records) - 65% of total quota
Method 3: Direct admission according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the School - 5% of total enrollment target

Note: The balance of the percentage of quotas for each major and each admission method will be adjusted by the Admissions Council to suit the actual situation.

Admission requirements (Applicable to each method)

Method 1: Consider the results of the 2024 high school graduation exam

Admission score = (Subject 1 score + Subject 2 score + Subject 3 score) + Priority score (if any).

Priority points: Priority points for region and subject (according to current Admission Regulations).

Quality assurance threshold (floor score) of Method 1: Admission score reaches the floor score set by the School after the 2024 high school graduation exam results are available, except for the Health Sector, set by the Ministry of Education and Training.

Method 2: Consider high school academic results (Consider academic records)

(1) Consider the transcript based on the average score of the 11th grade year and the first semester of the 12th grade according to the subject combination for admission.

Admission score = (Subject 1 score + Subject 2 score + Subject 3 score)

In there:

Subject 1 score = (Average for the whole year of grade 11 subject 1 + Average for semester 1 of grade 12 subject 1) / 2
Subject 2 score = (Average for the whole year of grade 11 subject 2 + Average for semester 1 of grade 12 subject 2) / 2
Subject 3 score = (Average for the whole year of grade 11 subject 3 + Average for semester 1 of grade 12 subject 3) / 2

(2) Consider transcripts based on the average score of grade 12 according to the subject group for admission

Admission score = (Subject 1 score + Subject 2 score + Subject 3 score)

In there:

Subject 1 score = Average of the whole year of grade 12 subject 1
Subject 2 score = Average of the whole year of grade 12 subject 2
Subject 3 score = Average of the whole year of grade 12 subject 3

Note: The school does not add priority points for the transcript review method.

Quality assurance threshold (floor score) of Method 2: Admission score reaching the floor score is as follows:

Medicine and Pharmacy majors must have a grade 12 academic record of Excellent and a total score of 3 subjects according to the admission combination of 24 points or higher.
Nursing major must have a grade 12 academic record of Good or higher and a total score of 3 subjects according to the admission combination of 19.5 points or higher.
For other majors: total score of 3 subjects according to admission combination is from 18 points or higher.

For method 1: Consider the results of the 2024 high school graduation exam

Candidates register their admission wishes (unlimited number) to the School according to the general regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training on university admissions in 2024. After being admitted, the School will send a notice of admission with specific documents to be submitted.

For method 2: Consider high school academic results (Consider academic records)

01 Notarized photocopy of High School/Vocational Education Transcript for 3 years of study. At the time of admission, if the candidate has not received the full transcript for 3 years, the candidate must submit the transcript from grade 10 to semester 1 of grade 12.
01 Notarized copy of citizen identification card/national identity card (both sides)
01 Application form according to Dai Nam University's form (download HERE . See instructions for filling out the application form HERE )
01 Notarized copy of high school diploma (Only applicable to candidates graduating before 2024)
Application fee: 50,000 VND/application

For method 3: Direct admission

01 Application form for direct admission and priority admission;
01 Notarized copy of Certificate of winning prizes in competitions (if any) or Certificate of being an official member of the team participating in the competitions (if any);
01 Notarized photocopy of High School/Vocational Education Transcript for 3 years of study. At the time of admission, if the candidate has not received the full transcript for 3 years, the candidate must submit the transcript from grade 10 to semester 1 of grade 12.
01 Notarized copy of citizen identification card/national identity card (both sides)
01 Notarized copy of high school diploma (Only applicable to candidates graduating before 2024)

Admission fee: 50,000 VND/application (Candidates pay when sending hard copy application to the school via post or when submitting application directly at the school)

Dai Nam University will organize admissions in many batches/year, expected as follows:

Early admission round: according to methods 2, 3: from the date of admission announcement to June 30, 2024
Admission round for all methods according to general regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training: according to the plan of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Additional admission round: The school will announce specifically after the end of the general admission round of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Application fee:

School admission fee: 50,000 VND/application.
Registration fee on the Ministry's General Admissions system: According to the general regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
