NOTIFICATION
Regarding the 2nd TOEIC output standard test for students of course 6

Dear:  Head of specialized departments

Based on the output standards of the majors, the Board of Directors announces the plan to implement the output standard exam for the 6th course as follows:

In the first round of the TOEIC output standard exam held on March 17, 2016, there were a total of 147 students, the number of students who met the output standard was: 59 students (including 15 students who met the IIG standard), the number of students who did not meet the standard: 88 students. For the number of students who did not meet the output standard (under 500 points for English major, under 450 for Economics major, and under 400 for Engineering major), the school organized 2 free English classes to improve their level so that students could participate in the school's second TOEIC exam.

Based on this announcement, the Board of Directors requests that the Heads of Faculties and related units be responsible for notifying students of Course 6 whose TOEIC scores do not meet the output standards, urging students, coordinating with their families and related units to manage the class well and effectively. Clearly notify each student that if they do not meet the output standards, they will not be considered for a graduation certificate.
