Training linked to practice has always been the guiding principle and direction of Dai Nam University in general and the Faculty of Business Administration in particular. It has become a tradition that every year the Faculty of Business Administration of Dai Nam University organizes for students of the Faculty of Business Administration to visit businesses to bring theory to practice, learn, and exchange experiences so that students have a more comprehensive view of businesses.

Training associated with practice has always been the guiding principle and direction of Dai Nam University in general and the Faculty of Business Administration in particular. It has become a tradition that every year the Faculty of Business Administration of Dai Nam University organizes for students of the Faculty of Business Administration to visit businesses to bring theory to practice, learn, and exchange experiences so that students have a more comprehensive view of businesses .
Recently , the Faculty of Business Administration of Dai Nam University organized a field trip for students of the faculty to Thang Long Cement Factory in Quang Ninh province . The trip helped us equip ourselves with a lot of interesting practical knowledge and promote dynamism , the ability to explore and learn, and initiative . This trip not only helped me understand more deeply the knowledge I have learned, grasp the real situation right from when I was in university , but also was a place for us teachers and students to get closer, connect with each other and understand each other better under the common roof of the Faculty of Business Administration.
Recently , the Faculty of Business Administration of Dai Nam University organized a field trip for students of the faculty to Thang Long Cement Factory in Quang Ninh province . The trip helped us equip ourselves with a lot of interesting practical knowledge and promote dynamism , the ability to explore and learn, and initiative . This trip not only helped me understand more deeply the knowledge I have learned, grasp the real situation right from when I was in university , but also was a place for us teachers and students to get closer, connect with each other and understand each other better under the common roof of the Faculty of Business Administration.

Although this was my third time on a business trip, the excitement and nervousness always kept me awake, especially on this long trip. Even though I had prepared everything the night before, the excitement made me restlessly check my belongings several times.
We gathered at the school from 6:00 am, everyone was chatting and chatting with each other, some people didn’t sleep last night because they were looking forward to this trip. At 6:20 am, students of courses 8, 9, and 10 had all rehearsed and got on the bus to start the exciting journey. On the bus, teachers and us talked animatedly, organized fun games to make the trip less long, and the singing never stopped.
We gathered at the school from 6:00 am, everyone was chatting and chatting with each other, some people didn’t sleep last night because they were looking forward to this trip. At 6:20 am, students of courses 8, 9, and 10 had all rehearsed and got on the bus to start the exciting journey. On the bus, teachers and us talked animatedly, organized fun games to make the trip less long, and the singing never stopped.

It took us 4 and a half hours to reach Ha Long, but it was hard to find a tired face after the long journey. After checking into the hotel, we packed our things and continued our journey to the factory. Everyone was very excited to see with their own eyes the most modern and professional cement production and packaging line in Vietnam. Everyone was aware that this was not just a normal study trip, but also a very useful and practical learning session.

Our first experience here was to have lunch according to the factory's employee diet . The factory's dining room is quite spacious, airy and very hygienic. At first, we imagined that the factory's workers' meals were just a plate of rice with a few pieces of meat and a little bit of vegetables, making everyone worried and frustrated. But oh no, the meals here were not only diverse and nutritious , not only pleasing to the eye but also very delicious. Some people who had finished eating even asked for the recipes because they regretted that the opportunity would not come again, making everyone laugh.

After dinner, our group gathered in the production meeting room, and the Indonesian Deputy General Director introduced us in English about the history of formation and development and the production process of Thang Long Long Cement Joint Stock Company . The vivid short films about the formation and development process , the raw materials as well as the factory's operating procedures , and the professional working style captivated us. The knowledge we had learned appeared one after another, making us extremely satisfied.

The most interesting part of the trip was to directly visit the closed production technology management board of the factory and see the modern system of Thang Long Cement. With the dry rotary kiln technology with two supports for the first time in Vietnam, it helps the kiln operate stably, prolonging its life. And according to technology experts, with a high level of automation control, it will produce products with stable quality and reasonable consumption of raw materials, supplies and energy. The students of the Faculty of Business Administration - Dai Nam University were all very surprised and excited about what they had just discovered with such a large system that only needed four people to control and operate the entire process and no workers working on the lines .

Right after visiting the factory's operating department, we continued to visit the tens of kilometers long automatic production line transporting raw materials from the quarry to the final product . We were accompanied by two directors all the way, enthusiastically introducing us to the process and answering our questions throughout the journey. I asked him why he was attached to this job, he replied: Because he loves it and he is very passionate about it. That's all! At that time, I saw his eyes looking at the factory as if shining with an indescribable love. And I realized, being able to do the job you love and devote yourself to it is truly a wonderful thing.

Saying goodbye to the guides, taking souvenir photos and not forgetting to say thank you and warm handshakes, it was also late afternoon. We officially completed the main work and spent time on fun activities to bond with each other .
That night, everyone held a party at Tien Long restaurant with a menu of mostly seafood specialties. In particular, we secretly bought a birthday cake, creating a surprise for Mr. Pham Van Minh - Deputy Head of the Faculty of International Business before his birthday. It was also a thank you, expressing gratitude and respect for the dedication and affection that the teacher had given to many generations of students. Everyone was excited, first surprised and then delighted by the teacher . We put our arms around each other, sang the birthday song and wished him the best . The distance between teachers and students, between generations of students seemed to disappear, leaving only feelings of happiness and love. That night was truly an unforgettable memory for our QTKD family.

After a lively dinner , we continued to explore the colorful Ha Long city at night. The air in Ha Long is cool and fresh, day or night . I chose to walk along the beach, listening to the murmuring waves, watching the sea at night, in the distance is Bai Chay bridge, the colorful Sun Wheel, I saw a Ha Long that is both youthful, modern, bustling, and strangely peaceful .
The next morning, we woke up early to prepare for the group activities and Teambuilding at the beach. Although we had a whole day of continuous activities, last night was almost a sleepless night for us, because it was rare for us students to have such a close relationship. Some groups sang, some talked until late at night, but when we woke up the next morning, we were still full of energy and very excited for today's fun activities.
This year's Team Building activity, led by K9 students, took us from one surprise to another, especially the ability to organize and animate the second-year students. At the beach, we divided into many teams with different colors and the participation of both teachers and students. The games not only required strength but also intelligence and ingenuity, making all the tourists on the beach pay attention and seem to be drawn into the game. … The laughter of our group echoed throughout a corner of Ha Long Bay.

Although we had a whole day of continuous activities, last night was almost a sleepless night for us, because it was rare for us students to have such a close relationship. Returning after a 2-day-1-night field trip, we - students of the Faculty of International Business of Dai Nam University, all had our own feelings but shared a happy and nostalgic mood after a meaningful field trip at Thang Long Cement Factory and were able to interact and participate in fun activities enthusiastically at Ha Long Beach. At the end of the field trip, we not only learned and had fun, but more importantly, we loved the roof of International Business even more .
You may think that field trips are boring , but for us, students of the Faculty of Business Administration, these trips are the most valuable memories of our youth. Where we learn, interact, bond and love. Memories are always difficult to express in words , but in each person's mind there are always special emotions . We feel that we are all truly a family: loving, caring and supporting each other. For me, the last trip was truly a rewarding, meaningful and memorable trip !
I would like to express my deep gratitude to the teachers in the department, especially Mr. Pham Van Minh, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy and Mr. Duong Minh Tu for giving us unforgettable experiences in our student life. Hopefully there will be more field trips so that we have more opportunities to learn, more opportunities to share and bond under the roof of Dai Nam.
Returning after a 2-day-1-night field trip, we - students of the Faculty of International Business of Dai Nam University, all had our own feelings but shared a happy and nostalgic mood after a meaningful field trip at Thang Long Cement Factory and were able to interact and participate in fun activities enthusiastically at Ha Long Beach. At the end of the field trip, we not only learned and had fun, but more importantly, we loved the roof of International Business even more .
You may think that field trips are boring , but for us, students of the Faculty of Business Administration, these trips are the most valuable memories of our youth. Where we learn, interact, bond and love. Memories are always difficult to express in words , but in each person's mind there are always special emotions . We feel that we are all truly a family: loving, caring and supporting each other. For me, the last trip was truly a rewarding, meaningful and memorable trip !
