The Admissions Council of Dai Nam University has just officially announced the admission scores for the first round of regular university admissions in 2023. Accordingly, the admission scores for the first round of regular university admissions in 2023 of the school are announced as follows:

I. What should officially admitted candidates do?

Method 1: Online Admission: from September 23 at the admission page: https://nhaphoc.dainam.edu.vn/

Method 2: Direct Admission: from September 23 (written on the admission notice)

Location: Dai Nam University - No. 1 Pho Xom, Phu Lam, Ha Dong, Hanoi.

II. Online Admission Instructions

Admission process for new students

Step 1: Check information and update profile

New students visit the website https://nhaphoc.dainam.edu.vn to check information and update student profiles.

Step 2: Pay tuition

New students follow the instructions to pay tuition fees at the Bank linked to the admission portal.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYING ADMISSION FEES FOR NEW STUDENTS OF K17

MANDATORY: Before paying the admission fee, candidates must access the online admission portal at https://nhaphoconline.dainam.edu.vn/ to check information and update their profile.

1. Transfer money via SmartBanking or Internet Banking of BIDV bank

Students log in to BIDV bank account app.

Step 1: Select “Manage services” then select “Payment”

Step 2: Select "Tuition_exam fees_school"

Step 3: Select a provider: Type in the search box “Dai Nam University”

Step 4: Enter customer code according to the syntax: V4DHDN + Citizen ID card

Example: V4DHDN 123456789123

Step 5: Click “Continue” and enter the Smart OTP PIN. (Students check transaction information: Name and amount to be paid). The screen displays transaction confirmation, click “Confirm” to complete the transaction.

2. Transfer from other Banks using a personal account

Students log in to the bank account app, choose fast money transfer outside the bank 24/7 (students do not choose regular transfer).

Step 1:

• Select Bank: Vietnam Investment and Development BIDV
• Recipient information/ Recipient account number: Enter V4DHDN+Citizen ID (Example: V4DHDN 123456789123 )

Step 2: Enter the exact amount required to be paid according to the admission notice. If you enter the wrong amount, the bank will not be able to perform the transaction.

Step 3: Confirm correct information and complete the transaction.

3. Check payment information via email

After successfully paying the admission fees, students open their email to check the payment confirmation information from Dai Nam University.

4. Look up payment information at the online admission portal

After paying the admission fees, students return to the online admission portal at https://nhaphoconline.dainam.edu.vn/ to Check payment results.

Step 4: Complete enrollment

After completing the above steps, new students will receive a text message/email confirming successful enrollment and prepare to go to school according to the schedule.

III. Direct Admission Instructions

Candidates go to the Training Management Office - 1st Floor, Central Building, No. 1 Pho Xom, Phu Lam, Ha Dong, Hanoi to complete the admission procedures directly.
