Catch up with the trend of practical training at DNU Faculty of Communication with the program "Discover VTV"

Keeping up with the trend of “Practical University”, the Faculty of Communication always has a positive direction in integrating professional activities in parallel with studying such as organizing photo and video contests, creating content, conducting practical experience trips to businesses, press agencies, etc. In which, visiting and exploring VTV is one of the attractive activities for students of the Faculty of Communication.

During this experience, students were able to participate for the first time in the recording activities at studio S11 in the program Chuyen Dong 24h, which was broadcast live on VTV1. Witnessing the professional, precise and somewhat tense atmosphere of the production team at a live recording session on national television helped students visualize the work pressure for all positions at the station.

Also in studio S11, students experienced the experience of hosting a 12 o'clock news bulletin. Under the dedicated guidance of editor Tuan Anh, students learned many useful skills of the anchor profession such as how to interact with the scene, how to maximize the message and meaning of an MC on the scene...

In particular, the meeting with BTV Viet Hoang and Son Lam - familiar faces of television brought a lively and joyful atmosphere. The two "television handsome men" had a friendly and open sharing about all questions about television production activities for students. At the same time, both shared their experiences and tips to produce a unique and attractive program; the concerns of producers to always innovate ideas, bringing the audience hot and attractive information of society.
As a program producer, BTV Viet Hoang also shared that the development orientation of modern television is to rejuvenate content, approach information to young people in new and more attractive forms. In particular, the birth of the Z-life program is a spectacular step and is affirming the right path through the increasing access of young audiences.
“Media trends have changed and everyone must admit that society is accessing information faster and in a “younger” way. That is why we need people like you to come up with ideas, create programs, film, edit, host… to create a perfect program for yourselves. That is a very new direction, opening up for generations to learn media with the station” , said Editor Viet Hoang.

Editor Son Lam also had a sincere exchange with DNU Media students: “To work in television, you need to have courage and passion because this is a stressful environment. You must always be innovative and change to keep up with the trend. This is a place for those who truly want to be creative, want to discover new things in every aspect of life. Looking back, I see that compared to my friends, I have a different worldview, a different value, that is extremely interesting.”

Also on this trip, students of the Faculty of Communication met the production team of the Z-life program. The youthfulness, enthusiasm and professionalism of the crew and collaborators had a strong impact on the students of the Faculty of Communication, motivating them to try harder and make more efforts in learning and seeking opportunities for self-development.

The VTV experience left many strong impressions and emotions on students of the Faculty of Communication. Thanh Loan, a student of the Multimedia Communication class 15.02, shared after the program: "Coming here, I realized that to create a perfect TV program, it is the combination of many people working very seriously and under pressure, I feel that I need to try much harder."
Coming up on July 5, BTV Son Lam will reunite with students from the Faculty of Communication, Dai Nam University in an event organized by the Faculty; promising to bring young people stories and share more deeply about the MC profession.
