The Admissions Council of Dai Nam University has just officially announced the early admission scores based on high school transcripts for the second round of 2024 for 36 regular university training programs. The admission scores for each program range from 18 to 24 points.

In 2024 - 2025, Dai Nam University will enroll full-time university students in 36 majors in 04 training blocks: Health, Engineering - Technology, Economics - Business, Social Sciences and Humanities according to 03 methods: Considering academic records, considering high school graduation exam scores and direct admission.

For the high school transcript review method, candidates can choose 1 of 2 ways to calculate scores: Consider the average score of grade 12 or consider the average score of grade 11 and semester 1 of grade 12 to optimize the chance of admission.

On May 20, 2024, Dai Nam University officially announced the benchmark scores for early admission for the second round of regular university programs in 2024 into 36 training majors based on high school transcripts.

Accordingly, the majors with the highest standard scores are Medicine and Pharmacy – 24 points. Next is Nursing with 19.5 points. The remaining majors have a standard score of 18 points.

Input quality assurance threshold for the Health sector

With the method of considering high school transcripts, to become a student of the Health sector (Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing) at Dai Nam University, candidates need to ensure the input quality threshold according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Specifically:

For Medicine and Pharmacy: Total score of the admission combination is from 24 points or higher and grade 12 academic performance is Excellent.
For Nursing: Total score of the admission combination must be 19.5 points or higher and 12th grade academic performance must be Good or higher.

What should early admitted candidates do?

2. To be officially recognized as admitted, early admitted candidates must graduate from high school and must register their wishes to Dai Nam University on the general admission portal of the Ministry of Education and Training from July 18 to 5:00 p.m. on July 30, 2024.

3. When registering for admission on the general admission portal of the Ministry of Education and Training, candidates need to put their wishes to Dai Nam University (DDN) in the order of priority to optimize the possibility of admission.

University accepts early admission applications for the third round of 2024

- Application period from May 20 to June 24, 2024:

- Candidates fill out the application form online at: https://hosoxettuyen.dainam.edu.vn/

Candidates send their transcript application to the school, including:

01 Notarized photocopy of High School/Vocational Education Transcript for 3 years of study. At the time of admission, if the candidate has not received the full transcript for 3 years, the candidate must submit the transcript from grade 10 to semester 1 of grade 12.
