The Ministry of Health said that from 2021, hospitals and medical facilities nationwide will stop accepting mid-level pharmacists. From 2025, the title of mid-level staff will be abolished in the entire health sector. In the immediate future, from 2018, enrollment and training in mid-level pharmacy will stop. That is why the number of students participating in the transfer program to Dai Nam University has continuously increased in recent years.

Dai Nam University is a prestigious university in the field of training human resources in the domestic pharmaceutical industry. Pursuant to Circular No. 55/2012/TT-BGDDT dated December 25, 2012 of the Minister of Education and Training on Regulations on training in college and university level. And Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 5835/QD-BGDDT dated December 12, 2014 of the Ministry of Education and Training sent to Dai Nam University to conduct training in intermediate and college to university level in the regular Pharmacy program; Dai Nam University enrolls students in Pharmacy program in batches during the year.

1. Admission objects for University Pharmacy:
- Have a high school or college degree in the correct major or the same major group for the exam
- Be healthy enough to study, not have infectious or mental illnesses
- Submit application documents in accordance with regulations.
2. Training time:
- For TC - University system: 3.5 - 4 years
- For College - University: 2 - 2.5 years
3. Training method : Full-time
4. Admission form : Written exam of 3 subjects
- Basic subject: Advanced Mathematics
- Basic subject: Analytical Chemistry
- Major: Integrated courses
5. Application documents include:
- Application form (issued by the Ministry of Education and Training)
- Copy of High School or College Diploma (notarized)
- Copy of transcript of both secondary and college courses (notarized)
- Photocopy of birth certificate (Notarized)
- 4 portrait photos 3x4 cm (Within 6 months from the date of taking the photo to the date of submitting the application)
- University application form
All the above documents are contained in the envelope "Admission documents" (Form issued by the Ministry of Education and Training)
