Dai Nam University offers free English diploma 2 training for staff and teachers.

Sharing about the policy of free training for English diploma 2 for staff and lecturers, Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the Board of Directors said: " The staff and lecturers are the key to the quality of Vietnamese higher education in the period of industrial revolution 4.0. Specialized knowledge, foreign languages, information technology and soft skills are what teachers in the 4.0 era need to be good at. Free training for English diploma 2 for staff and lecturers is a long-standing policy of the University with the aim of standardizing and improving foreign language proficiency to best serve research and teaching, thereby improving the quality of training, reputation and brand of the University..."

Accordingly, the staff and lecturers who register for the course will be exempted from tuition fees. In particular, staff and lecturers who graduate on time will be considered for a salary increase by Dai Nam University as well as have the opportunity to receive other special benefits. On the contrary, staff and lecturers who register for the course but drop out halfway will have to fully compensate the school for their tuition fees.

“The robe does not make the monk. If teachers do not take the lead, they cannot expect to train generations of good students. They must quickly update their knowledge if they want to be good teachers in the long term. Never be satisfied with the knowledge and skills they have because the world is changing every second, every minute; do not let yourself be outside of the collective responsibility... By 2020, cadres and lecturers who do not meet the foreign language proficiency standards as prescribed will not be considered for a salary increase…” Dr. Le Dac Son emphasized.

The opening time of the free university class in 2 English majors for Dai Nam University staff and lecturers is expected to be at the end of December 2018.
