In order to meet the increasing demand for study and internship of students and the increase in the number of students of the Faculty of Tourism; following the success of the 3-star Lotus Legend practice hotel in Hanoi and the 5-star Rosamia practice hotel in Da Nang, on July 8, Dai Nam University continued to receive and operate the 4-star Hung Long hotel at 52 Nguyen Van Cu - Dong Ky - Tu Son - Bac Ninh.

Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dai Nam University spoke at the ceremony to receive Hung Long practice hotel.

This is the third practice hotel that Dai Nam University has taken over and operated to both do business and serve as a practice facility for students. Accordingly, the university's Tourism students will be able to practice and perfect their professional skills at 3-star, 4-star and 5-star hotels that meet international standards right from the first year with a total internship time of up to 50% of their study time.

The ceremony of receiving and operating Hung Long Hotel was attended by Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Board of Directors and representatives of Faculties, Departments, Institutes and Centers of the school.

Training students to practice directly in the business environment, especially in the school's own business right from the first year and continuously throughout the learning process is an inevitable trend of the university education model in the world. In Vietnam, Dai Nam University is considered a pioneer in building and expanding the school's business network to serve training activities, specifically with the practical hotel model.

Talking to us, Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - Vice Principal of Dai Nam University shared: " After less than 1 year of implementing the policy of training closely linked to practice, Dai Nam University has 3 large practical hotels (3 stars in Hanoi, 4 stars in Bac Ninh and 5 stars in Da Nang). If only 4 years of theoretical training in university, students will have to spend another 4 years for businesses to retrain them. With the practical hotel model, the University will shorten the 8-year roadmap to 4 years to both train theory and practice, after graduation, students can work as hotel managers, businesses do not have to train..."
