On the afternoon of November 22, a group of excellent students from the Faculty of Finance and Banking, Dai Nam University visited and interviewed for a potential internship position at Sacombank. It is known that these are excellent students who passed the preliminary round in the talk show “Career Orientation in Finance and Banking in the New Era” on the morning of November 16.

With the potential internship program, Samcombank aims to recruit 800 excellent students nationwide for the positions of teller, personal customer specialist, consultant... Candidates will have to go through two rounds of examination: preliminary selection and interview.
The interview round was held on the afternoon of November 22 at the headquarters of the Hanoi regional office (60A Nguyen Chi Thanh) with the interviewees being Mr. Nguyen Duc Quang (Deputy Sales Director, Hanoi region) and Mr. Pham Van Trung (Business Development Specialist, Hanoi regional office).

During the interview round, the recruiter listened to the candidates introduce themselves, assessed their skills and professional knowledge through specific situational questions and their ability to respond to questions. Dai Nam students participating in the interview all assessed this as a good opportunity to gain experience and learn, while also creating conditions for them to get acquainted with the working environment and culture of Sacombank.
Leaving the interview with a bright smile, Le Thi Huong (final year student of the Faculty of Finance and Banking, Dai Nam University) shared: “I have answered all the questions of the recruiter. I am quite confident with what I have shown. Regardless of the result, I still see this as a useful experience and opportunity for myself.”
It is known that the successful students will participate in an internship at transaction offices for a period of 3 months, with two options from January to April 2019 or February to May 2019. Potential interns will be supported by Sacombank with an allowance during the internship program from 4-6 million/month, depending on the position. This is also an opportunity for Sacombank to discover and nurture students with qualities and abilities to become official officers and employees after completing the internship.
