Dai Nam University teaches Japanese for free to students

With the aim of improving the quality of training; helping students of the Faculty of Nursing in particular and students of other faculties in the school in general have the opportunity to study and work in Japan; confidently seek job opportunities with high and stable income after graduation, on the evening of November 5, Dai Nam University opened a free Japanese class for students, especially students of the Faculty of Nursing.
With the aim of improving the quality of training; helping students of the Faculty of Nursing in particular and students of other faculties in the school in general have the opportunity to study and work in Japan; confidently seek job opportunities with high and stable income after graduation, on the evening of November 5, Dai Nam University opened a free Japanese class for students, especially students of the Faculty of Nursing.

Attending the Opening Ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Viet Anh - Vice Principal, teachers and staff representing the school's departments and all students of the Nursing Faculty. Especially, there was the participation of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Yen - Director of the Vietnam - Japan Sunrise Center.
Material life is improved, people's health care needs are increasingly enhanced. Nursing has been affirming its role and position in the field of community health care.
The aging population and the rate of elderly people living alone are increasing rapidly in many countries around the world, including Japan. To overcome this difficult problem, the land of the rising sun has encouraged immigration, opening its doors to foreign labor, including nursing workers. This is the reason why the demand for nursing students studying abroad in Japan has increased rapidly in recent years.
Speaking at the Opening Ceremony, Ths. Nguyen Viet Anh - Vice Principal of Dai Nam University said: “Foreign language is one of the compulsory output standards for Dai Nam University students in general and Nursing Faculty students in particular. Free Japanese language training for Nursing students has been a long-standing policy of the University. I firmly believe that this is a good opportunity for Nursing students to assert themselves in the future. Dai Nam University will create all favorable and best conditions for students to study most effectively…”
Sharing at the Opening Ceremony, Dr. Le Van Duy - Deputy Head of Nursing Faculty affirmed that this is a good opportunity for nursing students to study and improve their Japanese language skills, and bring about extremely open career opportunities in the future.

Free Japanese classes for nursing students will be held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings .
“The job market in Japan for the Nursing major is very potential. Proficiency in Japanese is an advantage. Students can study and work in Japan with extremely good remuneration. Domestic job opportunities are also very open to nursing graduates who know Japanese…” said Dr. Le Van Duy.
Dr. Le Van Duy added: “Japanese is a difficult foreign language that requires learners to be determined, persistent and have a scientific learning method. The specialized knowledge in the Nursing training program is very heavy. To ensure both studying in class and learning Japanese well, students need to make great efforts, clearly define their thoughts and prepare their energy…”
Most of the students interviewed said they were very excited to join the school's free Japanese class. Accordingly, the free Japanese class for nursing students will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays of the week.
