Vietnam's accession to the TPP is an important milestone for a new development foundation in the economy. Currently, foreign enterprises are increasing their investment in Vietnam with wide-open career opportunities. In that reality, human resources with foreign language proficiency are a great advantage to enter this potential working environment. However, the current workforce does not have enough foreign language proficiency to meet the requirements of communication work. The education system in schools has not really focused on training English proficiency to meet the requirements of the job. English training subjects also mainly focus on grammar, while other skills such as reading, interpreting, translating and communicating are extremely poor, students after graduation are not guaranteed to meet the requirements of the job.
