Faculty of Economic Law welcomes new students of course 9

Faculty of Economic Law, Dai Nam University was established under Decision No. 452/QD-BGDT, dated February 10, 2015 of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Although newly established, in the 2015-2016 enrollment period, with the school's prestigious brand, the Faculty of Economic Law has received the attention of many students and parents and received approximately 200 students. Welcoming the new school year, the Faculty of Economic Law, Dai Nam University organized an intimate and solemn meeting to welcome new students of the 9th course.

The program was attended by Associate Professor, Dr. Phan Trong Phuc - Principal of the School, Dr. Do Gia Thu - Deputy Head of the Faculty, along with leaders of the Faculty and Departments of the School. In particular, there was also the participation of Mr. Dao Ngoc Dung - Editor-in-Chief of the Communist Party of Vietnam Electronic Newspaper, Central Propaganda Department... and all new students of the 9th course, Faculty of Economic Law.

With the goal of training business law experts who can take on positions in state management agencies in general and state management agencies on business in particular; units directly involved in state business activities; judicial agencies, courts, prosecutors, enforcement agencies; legal consulting organizations on business; research and teaching of economic law at research and training institutions.... During the meeting, the new students were given a general introduction about the school, the Faculty of Economic Law, as well as their study program during the 4 years of study and training at Dai Nam University, at the school.

Speaking at the meeting, Associate Professor Dr. Phan Trong Phuc said: “The quality of training has affirmed the brand of Dai Nam University. Since its establishment, the school has always exceeded the assigned training targets. I hope that the students of the Faculty of Law will try to study hard and become people who bring justice to society .”

Dr. Do Gia Thu also shared with the students: “Economic Law is an attractive field of study for young, dynamic, confident and creative people. With the strong development of enterprises and the economic trade process in the integration period, it will create great challenges in business in terms of law, especially economic law. Therefore, the demand for human resources in the field of Economic Law will have great potential for stability in society. I believe that if you study and practice well, you will have many opportunities for development in the future.”

Economic Law is a difficult major, requiring students to always make efforts and persevere in their studies. To help students not be overwhelmed by the new learning environment, Dr. Do Thi Minh Thu - Deputy Dean of the Faculty shared some highly effective learning methods for students. She especially emphasized the soft skills subject at the school: " Dai Nam University in general and the Faculty of Economic Law in particular are among the learning environments that have applied and promoted the issue of developing life skills in addition to studying" .

Not only listening to the sharing from the teachers, but the new students also had the opportunity to express their personal opinions, interact with the teachers and answer questions about the major and learning methods. Valedictorian Ha Thi Phuong shared, “Becoming a legal consultant, analyzing, evaluating and solving problems arising in business… is my future dream. Studying at the Faculty of Economic Law - Dai Nam University will be the first step for me to reach my dream”. That is not only Ha Phuong's dream but also the dream of all students of Course 9, Faculty of Economic Law.
