Hai had a passion for business since he was a child. In 8th grade, Hai imported chocolate and flowers to sell on Valentine's Day. One time he went to Hanoi to play, he was very impressed with the fruit salad, which was delicious, cheap and easy to make. Hai also researched and brought it back to Son La to make and sell it very profitably. Business has become Hai's hobby and passion since that day.

During his time studying at the Faculty of Finance and Banking , Dai Nam University, Hai's "business blood" was fueled. With subjects related to business, Hai gained more knowledge and confidence. Hai continued to pursue his business interests and boldly borrowed 100 million from his mother to open a fashion store.

After 6 months, Hai paid back enough capital to his mother and started to accumulate interest. Hai likes to build a chain of fashion stores and coffee shops with a unique, youthful style for young people. Currently, the men's fashion store with the unique name "REU" owned by Hai is loved by many young people with the number of followers reaching nearly 60 thousand.

Besides running a fashion store, Hai is also one of the first two people to quickly grasp and open a unique and novel "consignment warehouse" business model in Vietnam.

A consignment warehouse is an intermediary that accepts all kinds of used items, such as clothes, shoes, books, kitchenware, electronics, etc. The consignor decides the price of the product. The warehouse is responsible for displaying and reselling the item to share the profit. The sooner the item is sold, the more money the consignor will receive.

Hai said: Right after hearing a friend suggest a consignment warehouse, Hai exclaimed "how cool" (the model is popular in the world). Hai found this model very unique and no one had done it in Vietnam. Hai decided to be a pioneer and, together with two other partners, invested capital to implement the idea. In June 2013, after 3 months of research, Hai launched the first consignment warehouse of 300m2 in Zone 9, Le Thanh Tong Street, Hanoi. It has now moved to 36 Truong Han Sieu, Hanoi.

Hai’s warehouse is crowded with customers coming to buy and consign goods every day. There was a time when the warehouse was overloaded and there was no more space to display goods. After 7 months of opening, the warehouse brought Hai an income of about 50-100 million/month. Recently, Hai also “bought” himself a magnificent apartment in Time City.
