Hanoi plans to have 9 exam clusters.

According to Director of Hanoi Department of Education Nguyen Huu Do, the city plans to have 8 examination councils chaired by universities and one examination council for candidates taking graduation exams chaired by the Department.
At the conference to disseminate the Regulationsand deploy preparation work on March 3, Director of the Hanoi Department of Education Nguyen Huu Do requested high schools and continuing education centers in the area to survey the percentage of grade 12 students choosing the type of exam cluster.
Hanoi is expected to have 9 exam clusters.
The first type of exam cluster is organized by universities in coordination with the Department of Education for candidates to take the exam to consider graduation recognition and get admission results to universities and colleges. This exam cluster will be organized in an inter-provincial form, with at least two provinces and cities in one exam cluster.
The second type of exam cluster is chaired by the Department of Education, in coordination with universities and colleges, for candidates who only take the exam to consider graduation recognition , not using the results for admission to universities and colleges. Although different in location and presiding unit, both exam clusters have the same questions and take place at the same time, ensuring absolute safety.
The Director of the Department of Education said that Hanoi is expected to have 8 examination councils chaired by universities. If the number of candidates registering for the graduation exam is only about 2-3 rooms, the Department will set up a separate examination council, increasing the total number of examination clusters to 9. If the number of candidates registering is only about 20, the Department can send these students to one of the examination councils chaired by the university.
"Hanoi creates all conditions to ensure the rights of candidates. However, having too few candidates in a council would be a waste because it still has to establish a full board, organization, and security, while the exam clusters chaired by universities are right in the city," said Mr. Do.
