The charity cake is one of the regular charity activities of Dai Nam University.
With the aim of helping students promote the spirit of mutual love and support, and live responsibly for themselves, their families and society, Dai Nam University continuously organizes volunteer programs for the community. One of the most meaningful programs is the Love Cake Program.
Sharing with us, Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - Vice Principal of Dai Nam University said: " The educational principle of Dai Nam University is to parallel with professional training to perfect the personality of students. Teachers and students of Dai Nam University personally wrapped and cooked the cakes to give to the less fortunate in society.
Following that principle, in 2012, the Love Cake Program was born and has been maintained and developed until today. Every time Tet comes, teachers and students of Dai Nam enthusiastically donate, personally wrap/boil and give away green Chung cakes and Tet gifts to tens of thousands of less fortunate people in society.
After 8 years of continuous implementation, the Love Cake Program has mobilized thousands of staff, lecturers and students to participate; raised billions of VND; personally wrapped thousands of Chung cakes, bringing Tet to tens of thousands of less fortunate people in society, creating the cultural beauty and tradition of teachers and students of Dai Nam University...
Talking to us, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy - Secretary of the Youth Union of Dai Nam University emotionally said: “ Tet is an occasion for us to put aside all the worries and troubles of life to reunite with our families, welcoming a new year with lots of hope and happiness. However, there are still many unfortunate people who cannot have a complete Tet. They are the homeless, the lonely elderly, orphans, patients with serious illnesses who cannot go home to celebrate Tet... A piece when hungry is worth a package when full. The material value of each cake may be small, but the meaning and message each cake wants to convey is huge …”
Each cake given away contains the affection of the staff, lecturers and students of Dai Nam University, contributing a part of love and helping the less fortunate have a warmer and happier Tet...

Over the past 8 years, the "Bread of Love" program of Dai Nam University has reached many individuals and families in difficult circumstances in Hanoi and neighboring provinces and cities.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Xuan - lecturer of the Faculty of Accounting shared: " Studying and scientific research activities in the classroom help students improve their knowledge and professional skills. Volunteer activities help students experience and improve their personality. The meaningful cake is one of such volunteer activities".
Having participated in the program “Tam banh nghia tinh” for 4 years, Nguyen Thi Nhung - a student of K10, Faculty of Public Relations and Communications shared: “Each time I participate in the program “Tam banh nghia tinh” I have different feelings.
