Important milestones that new students of K18 at Dai Nam University need to remember

To become a true Dainam-er, K18 freshmen need to immediately remember the important milestones below. These are important milestones that help you open a smooth, confident and inspiring university journey at Dai Nam University.

1. Time to announce scores and list of successful candidates

On August 17, 2024, Dai Nam University will announce the official admission scores and list of successful candidates according to all admission methods. Candidates can follow the school's website and fanpage to update the most accurate and fastest information.

2. Official admission time

From August 20 to August 31, 2024: New students enroll online at the website https://nhaphoconline.dainam.edu.vn . Here, new students check information, update records and pay tuition according to instructions.

August 24 - August 25, 2024: New students of K18 enroll directly at Dai Nam University - No. 1, Xom Street, Phu Lam, Ha Dong, Hanoi.

Note: Direct admission time is allocated according to the major, new students need to monitor and comply with the exact admission time stated in their admission notice to ensure the most convenient admission.

3. Official school time

On September 4, 2024, new students of K18 will start going to school according to the school's schedule.

Morning class time from 7:15 – 11:10; afternoon class from 12:45 – 16:40.

4. Participate in Student Integration Week

It is expected that the Citizenship Week to welcome 8,090 new K18 students will take place from September 16, 2024. This is an important week for new students to learn about the mission, traditions, training programs, support policies and necessary skills when entering a new environment and new life.

5. “Burn out” with the Opening Ceremony and the biggest K18 Freshmen Welcome Concert in the North

On September 28, 2024, Dainam-ers attended the Opening Ceremony and the Grand Concert to Welcome K18 New Students at the 14,000m2 stadium, with a capacity of up to 15,000 people, of Dai Nam University.

New students will enjoy special performances by teachers and students of all courses. This is also the warm greeting of the School for the "youngest" of the Dai Nam University family.

Lucky draw participants

To participate in the drawing, candidates must meet both of the following conditions:

- Condition 1: Submitted application directly to the Admissions Office of Dai Nam University from May 2 to September 9 and received a "Lucky Candidate" lottery ticket directly or via email.

- Condition 2: Have been admitted and completed the admission procedures to Dai Nam University for the 2024-2025 school year before September 9, 2024.

Conditions for receiving the award

To receive the prize, candidates must meet the following 3 conditions:

- Condition 1: Candidates must be present in person at the 2024 Dai Nam University New Student Welcome Gala (expected date: September 28, 2024).

- Condition 2: Contestants who are absent from the program for any reason will not be eligible to receive the prize. The drawing will be re-done to award the prize to another eligible contestant.

- Condition 3: When receiving the prize, the contestant must bring an ID card with a photo or the lottery ticket that was issued to verify the information (including the email ticket).
