In 2023, Dai Nam University will welcome 50 Nigerian students to study the Bachelor of Business Administration program.

Identifying the internationalization of education as an important development strategy to improve quality, enhance international rankings, and become a trusted destination for global students, Dai Nam University pays special attention to developing and expanding strategic cooperation relationships with businesses, research institutes, multinational economic groups, and international universities and academies. Following previous training cooperation activities, on the morning of December 9, Dai Nam University continued to sign an international training cooperation agreement with the Nigeria - Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Nigerian Foreign Trade Academy. This is an important event in the University's strategy to build a practical, modern, diverse, flexible, and well-connected training ecosystem.
Attending the ceremony, on behalf of Dai Nam University, there were: Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the University Council, Board of Directors and leaders of the Departments, Boards and Faculties of the University.
On the partner side, there were: Mr. Oyeladun Oladele Akinsemoyin - Chairman of the Nigeria - Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NVCCI), President of the Nigerian Foreign Trade Academy (FTA); Associate Professor, Dr. Le Phuoc Minh - Director of the Institute for African and Middle East Studies (IAMES), President of the Vietnam - Africa Economic Cooperation Association (VAECA); Dr. Le Quy Kha - Vice Chairman of VAECA; MSc. Le Quang Thang - Vice Chairman of VAECA; and heads of departments, lawyers, and experts of VAECA.
Dr. Le Dac Son affirmed that the signing ceremony will mark a historical milestone in development for all parties.
Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Le Dac Son affirmed: The signing of international cooperation with the Nigeria – Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Nigerian Foreign Trade Academy is an important step in the internationalization of education of Dai Nam University. This will be a launching pad to help Dai Nam University develop and become an international school in Vietnam.
“With our facilities, training programs and teaching staff with extensive experience in teaching international students, we are confident in meeting the training quality requirements and are a reliable destination for Nigerian students,” Dr. Le Dac Son affirmed.
Mr. Oyeladun Oladele Akinsemoyin believes and hopes to soon bring Nigerian students to study and experience at Dai Nam University.
With the signed cooperation agreement, Dai Nam University will receive Nigerian students to study the Business Administration program, with a training period of 4 years. After graduation, Nigerian students will be awarded a degree by Dai Nam University. In addition, Dai Nam University students also have the opportunity to transfer to study at the Nigerian Foreign Trade Academy and receive an international degree from this school. In addition, the two sides also agreed to regularly organize short-term training courses and improve professional capacity for students sent from Nigeria to Vietnam.
After the signing ceremony, students from the two schools can study and experience each other.
After the ceremony, the leaders of the Nigerian Foreign Trade Academy and representatives of VAECA visited the facilities and learning and practice equipment of Dai Nam University students. Mr. Oyeladun Oladele Akinsemoyin highly appreciated the scale of the University, believing that this is an ideal learning environment for Nigerian students in the future.

Accordingly, in the 2023-2024 academic year, Dai Nam University will welcome and train the first Bachelor of Business Administration class for Nigerian students with a number of 30-50 students.
To implement the internationalization of education quickly - strongly - sustainably, in the coming time, Dai Nam University will continue to expand training cooperation with major universities and institutes in the UK, USA, Australia, France, Korea, Japan, China... Thereby helping to enhance the position of the University in the rankings of leading universities in Vietnam; contributing to promoting Vietnam's cooperative relations with other countries.
