K16 Computer Science freshmen receive "huge" scholarships from businesses

With the aim of helping new students understand more deeply about the school, the faculty and the high-quality engineering training model oriented towards the Japanese market, thereby actively and passionately studying to achieve the best results, the Faculty of Computer Science (KHMT) of Dai Nam University organized a meeting for new students of K16. Right at the meeting, the "new recruits" immediately received "huge" scholarships from businesses.

The meeting of new students of Science and Technology K16 was attended by the Board of Directors; the collective leadership, staff, lecturers of the Science and Technology Faculty; all students of K16 and representatives of parents.

On the guest side, there were Mr. Luu Viet Hung - Director of FIMO Company; Ms. Pham Thi Van Ngoc - Seiko Ideas Joint Stock Company; Mr. Okabe Chiaki - Japanese Teacher, Seiko Ideas Joint Stock Company; Mr. Nguyen Quyet - VTI Education Company; Mr. Tran Manh Hung - IT Plus Information Technology Institute.

DNU Science and Technology Engineers are committed to jobs in the Vietnamese and Japanese markets after graduation.

Speaking at the opening of the meeting, Ms. Pham Thi To Nga - Deputy Head of the Faculty of Computer Science congratulated the young people who had successfully passed the difficult 2022 high school graduation exam and became new students of K16 of the Faculty of Computer Science, Dai Nam University.

“She hopes that new students will quickly integrate into the learning environment at the Faculty of Computer Science. The school and the Faculty will create the best conditions to organize training, build the best quality learning ecosystem, ensure the quality of output for students, and provide the market with high-quality human resources in Computer Science to meet the requirements of the current Industrial Revolution 4.0…” , Ms. Nga said.

Ms. Pham Thi To Nga introduces the high-quality class oriented towards training high-quality engineers oriented towards the Japanese market.

With clearly designed output standards for each academic year, Dai Nam University commits that 100% of Computer Science graduates will have jobs in their field of study in the Vietnamese market with a minimum salary of 700 USD/month; in Japan with a minimum salary of 2000 USD.

Accordingly, students of the Department of Computer Science at Dai Nam University are trained in conjunction with practice; internships at leading companies in the fields of the Computer Science industry such as: Vietnam Artificial Intelligence Solutions Company; Dagoras Data Technology Joint Stock Company; FIMO Company... At the meeting of new students of K16 of the Faculty of Information Technology, representative of the IT Plus Institute of Information Technology - Mr. Tran Manh Hung awarded scholarships to the Valedictorian (full scholarship), the Salutatorian (70% scholarship) and students with good academic performance, actively participating in the activities of the Faculty. The total value of the scholarships is up to 110 million VND.
