KNM Training Camp 1: Change your attitude, change your life

Attitude or skill?
Knowledge, Skills and Attitude are three criteria for recruiting and evaluating employees of businesses.
Sharing about the reality of recruiting and using human resources in businesses today, most business owners "complain" because it takes too much time, effort and finance to retrain employees. Not only training to reinforce professional knowledge and working skills, businesses also have to retrain attitudes because only a very small number of new graduates pay attention to their attitudes when entering the working environment.
However, knowledge only accounts for 4%, skills 26% and attitude accounts for 70%.
Mr. Luu Van Hau - representative of Zoho Vietnam Technology Group shared: “A staff with good professional capacity but without good qualities, ethics and the right working attitude, without teamwork skills, sooner or later their capacity will be lost, reduced and eliminated. On the contrary, a staff with a positive, progressive, loyal working spirit, always knowing how to put the interests of the collective above personal interests, even if their starting point of capacity is not as good as others, but later on their level will gradually improve and constantly improve. We absolutely do not recruit and train staff without a good attitude…”
Experts confirm that on the human resource chart, knowledge accounts for only 4%, skills 26% and attitude accounts for 70%. Almost any business only uses workers with good specialized knowledge in low positions - general labor, the higher the position, the more important the factors of skills and attitude become.
DNU students are taught about attitude from the moment they enter school.
After interesting theoretical lessons in class, K14 new students had a valuable and emotional day experiencing Soft Skills Training Camp 1 (KNM1).
The rate of graduates who have jobs and are highly appreciated by businesses is the most accurate and objective reflection of the quality of training at the university. Statistics show that more than 90% of Dai Nam University graduates have jobs in their majors and are highly appreciated by businesses. This is the desired number of many universities.
At Dai Nam University, students are taught about life attitude, work attitude, communication skills, teamwork skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills... right from the moment they enter the school.
