Law students must practice trial right in school with mock trials.

In order to help students understand legal knowledge; apply the knowledge they have learned and practice; improve their professional skills as well as have the opportunity to practice in a trial, recently, the Faculty of Law, Dai Nam University successfully organized a mock trial with the content "Dispute over the right to use space". The mock trial was advised by Dr. Truong Cong Ly - Supreme People's Court, lawyer Le Thi Diep, Law Club and the Board of Directors of the Faculty of Law, Dai Nam University.

Accordingly, with the motto of training in an application-oriented, hands-on manner, learning to practice, the Faculty of Law, Dai Nam University, especially focuses on legal practice activities for students.
Students practice law through vivid, engaging and realistic practices.
“Mock trial is one of the legal practice activities currently being applied at the Faculty of Law, Dai Nam University. This practice content is expected, welcomed and enthusiastically participated in by students. With the mock trial, students are directly transformed into characters and specific legal situations to debate a hypothetical legal issue in the form of a court hearing. This is an opportunity for students to better understand the reality of the profession, contributing to improving professional skills to meet the requirements of future job positions…” Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Xuan Duc shared.
With content related to illegal behavior, today's session is specifically a civil case about: "Dispute over the right to use space", the mock trial has attracted many students to attend.
Taking place seriously in accordance with the order and procedures of civil proceedings, the trial had the full participation of all relevant parties, through the role-playing of students of the Faculty of Law.
The mock trial was organized in accordance with the correct order and content, ensuring professionalism and legal accuracy.
With the sharp and tight arguments of the prosecutor, the strong defenses of the lawyers on both sides, and the transparency and fairness of the Trial Council, the students brought an interesting mock trial to the participants.

Bui Anh Minh, class LKT 10-01, shared: “ This mock trial is quite similar to a real trial. The case is very realistic, has high transmission ability, and provides more legal information for students in general. Especially for students majoring in economic law like us, mock trials like this are really useful, helping us gain experience in a trial, providing a lot of legal knowledge and methods through the process of the prosecutor and the lawyer debating. I hope the faculty will organize many mock trials like this so that students like us have the opportunity to practice in reality.”
