Meeting with new students of K5 Law Faculty: Law makers must have a warm heart, a cool head and clean hands

On the morning of September 11, 2021, the Faculty of Law, Dai Nam University organized an online meeting for new students of K15 with the topic: "Career orientation for new students" to welcome the new school year 2021-2022.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the school's Board of Directors, Training Department, Student Affairs Department, Examination Department, Quality Assurance Department, representatives of affiliated businesses, leading teaching experts, staff, lecturers, parents and students of K15 of the Law Faculty.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Luong Cao Dong - Principal of the school congratulated and welcomed all the new students of the Faculty of Law to the big family of Dai Nam University. He affirmed that "The school and the Faculty of Law will create the best learning and experience conditions for students, worthy of the trust and expectations of students and parents..."

On behalf of the Board of Directors, Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - Vice Principal expressed her deep gratitude to the parents who have trusted their children to study at the Faculty of Law, Dai Nam University. “It is not only a promise but also the prestige, honor and brand of the school. New students of K15 are not only trained to meet the output standards of knowledge - skills - attitudes but also experience a variety of meaningful movement activities to help train and cultivate them to become young people who live responsibly towards themselves, their families and society…”

Differences in the training program of Bachelor of Economic Law with application orientation at DNU

Dr. Do Minh Thu - Deputy Dean introduced an overview of Dai Nam University, Faculty of Law, facilities, training programs, university learning methods, experiential activities and job opportunities... to help students better understand the learning environment at Dai Nam as well as be more confident in their choice.

Sharing with students, Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Van Loi - Assistant to the President of the School Council said: "Studying law, in addition to specialized knowledge, we also learn to be human. A lawyer must have a warm heart, a cool head and clean hands. As a senior, I hope that you will cultivate and practice ethics, which are valuable equipment for you to enter the industry."

Representing the business sector associated with the Faculty of Law, Dr. Do Gia Thu also shared from the perspective of businesses about the requirements of a Bachelor of Law. “Soft skills determine 75% of success and hard skills only determine 25%”

MSc. Lawyer Le Ngoc Lan spent a lot of time sharing with new students about "Law learning methods and legal career orientation".

Although there were no flags, no flowers, and it did not take place in a large hall, the meeting program for K15 New Students of the Faculty of Law was a great success, attracting attention and sharing with many questions from new students for teachers and businesses.
