ENROLLMENT OF TRAINING CLASS TO UPDATE PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE IN PHARMACY

1/ Pursuant to the Law on Pharmacy dated April 6, 2016 and Decree 54/2017/ND-CP of the Government issued on May 8, 2017;
2/ Based on the announcement of Hanoi Department of Health, Dai Nam University is assigned as the training facility, updating professional knowledge about Pharmacy;
Dai Nam University announces continuous enrollment for the Pharmacy Professional Knowledge Update Training class:
1/ Object :
University Pharmacists, College Pharmacists and Intermediate Pharmacists practicing Pharmacy in the scope of Retail and Wholesale of drugs in Hanoi and neighboring provinces.
2/ Training content and time:

- Training content:
+ Specialized knowledge;
+ Law and professional management of Pharmacy.
- Training time:
+ Total training time: 8 hours of study (~ 1 day of intensive study).
+ Focus on class on Saturdays or Sundays.

3/ Documents include:
- Registration form (according to form);
- Notarized copy of Pharmacy Practice Certificate;
- Photocopy of ID card;
- 03 portrait photos 4cm x 6cm taken on a white background, taken within the last 06 months (full name and date of birth must be clearly written on the back of each photo).
4/ Tuition:
- Collected upon admission
- Specific fee: 600,000 VND/student ( Six hundred thousand dong).
5/ Plan for receiving applications and opening ceremony:
- Time to receive documents: continuously receive documents on working days of the week
- Study day in January 2019: Saturday, January 12, 2019
