NOTIFICATION
ENROLLMENT OF TRAINING CLASS TO UPDATE PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE IN PHARMACY

1/ Pursuant to the Law on Pharmacy dated April 6, 2016 and Decree 54/2017/ND-CP of the Government issued on May 8, 2017;
2/ Based on the announcement of Hanoi Department of Health, Dai Nam University is assigned as the training facility, updating professional knowledge about Pharmacy;
Dai Nam University announces enrollment for the Pharmacy Professional Knowledge Update Training Class - Phase 1:
1/ Subject : University pharmacists practicing Pharmacy in the retail sector in Hanoi and neighboring provinces.
2/ Training content and time:
- Specialized knowledge: 8 hours
- Law and professional management of Pharmacy: 8 hours
- Skills and techniques in Pharmacy practice: 8 hours
Focus on 3 days of classes on Saturdays and Sundays.
3/ Documents include:
- Registration form (according to form);
- Notarized copy of Pharmacy Practice Certificate;
- Photocopy of ID card;
- 03 portrait photos 4cm x 6cm taken on a white background, taken within the last 06 months (full name and date of birth must be clearly written on the back of each photo).
4/ Tuition:
Collected upon admission. Specific collection level: 1,500,000 VND/person ( One million five hundred thousand VND).
5/ Plan for receiving applications and opening ceremony:
- Time for registration and receiving documents: from April 20, 2018
- Expected opening date: May 12, 2018
