Notice: Re-organizing classes for Pharmacy and Nursing majors

 NOTIFICATION

(Regarding organizing re-classes in Pharmacy and Nursing)

             To: Heads of Pharmacy and Nursing Departments; Heads of Administration, Training, Finance - Accounting, Testing and Quality Assurance Departments

-         Based on training plan 2016 - 2017

-         Based on the proposal of the Head of Pharmacy Department, Head of Nursing Department

-         Based on actual situation

 The Board of Directors announces the re-study schedule for students of Pharmacy and Nursing courses as follows:

1.       Subjects : All students who must retake courses 7, 8, 9 , 10.

2.       Time :

-         Students re-registering at the Faculty of Pharmacy and Nursing: June 12, 2017 – June 24, 2017.

-         Students pay tuition again at the Finance and Accounting Department: June 26, 2017 – July 15, 2017.

-         Study time on specific days according to the schedule, from: July 17, 2017 – August 13, 2017. (Timetable attached)

-         Exam time: From August 14, 2017 to August 20, 2017

3.       Location : - Pharmacy Department in Phu Lam, Ha Dong, Hanoi;

- Nursing major at 56 Vu Trong Phung, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi.

4.       Implementation process : According to regulations on re-studying, re-examining, and improving scores issued under Decision No. 75/QD-DN-DT of the President of Dai Nam University dated January 15, 2015.

The Faculty of Pharmacy and Nursing is responsible for receiving student registration, arranging classes, contacting subject teachers, and arranging study time equal to 70% of the prescribed volume of the subject.

Require units to strictly follow the assigned schedule.
