Phan Doanh is known as a professional MC and editor, sought after by many brands and events. He is a familiar editor to audiences on VTV, VTC, Vnews, etc. Phan Doanh impresses with his neat, creative, modern and polite hosting style.

After 10 years of pursuing the field of MC and TV editor, however, few people know that this young man's 'starting point' was in economics. In 2009, Phan Doanh was destined to study at the Faculty of Finance and Banking of Dai Nam University.

Phan Doanh's MC New Stars Group is growing stronger and stronger in terms of number of members.

With the desire to create an ideal playground to share skills and knowledge about the MC profession, Phan Doanh founded and became the president of the Group “MC New Stars”. The Group currently attracts more than 4,000 members, including many famous MCs and young people passionate about the field of program hosting. In particular, the Group was established by Phan Doanh with completely non-profit activities.

“I came to the “Teaching Profession” by chance. Up to now, I have “produced” more than 100 courses on voice strength and professional stage MC. Seeing my students grow up and take steady steps in their career, as a teacher, I feel very happy,” he shared.

Besides, Phan Doanh is also known as a judge of many major MC search competitions.

Sending a message to young people who are striving to pursue their passion, Phan Doanh said: “There is no easy path. Only difficulties and challenges prove that we are on the rise, like trying our best to climb to the top of a hill. But if life is too easy and smooth, it means that we are sliding down the hill. Therefore, do not be discouraged, try and persevere, you will definitely achieve what you wish for.”
