PLAN TO ORGANIZE THE COMPETITION MOVEMENT
“GREEN LECTURE HALL”
- Create a friendly learning and training environment for student union members to accumulate and improve scientific knowledge and professional skills.
- Enhance the responsibility of staff, lecturers and students in preserving and protecting the learning environment in particular and the living environment in general.
- Contribute to promoting the image of Dai Nam University's staff, lecturers and students as friendly, polite, civilized, and environmentally conscious, contributing to improving the quality of human resource training of the school.II. PROGRAM CONTENT
2.1. Participants
- Host unit: Dai Nam University Youth Union .
- Implementing unit: Youth Volunteer Team.
- Coordinating units: Student Management Department; Student Affairs Department ; Student Volunteer Team ; School Youth Union Executive Committee; Inter-branch Executive Committee; Homeroom teachers, subject teachers and students of the whole school .
2.2. Time and place of implementation
- Time: launch at the beginning of the semester (expected from March 1, 2016) and conclude at the beginning of the next semester (expected August 15, 2016).
- Location: Vu Trong Phung and Phu Lam campuses.
2.3. Basic content of the "Green Lecture Hall" emulation movement
a. Green - environment
Green - environment includes environmental protection activities, pedagogical landscape, trees, learning and living places, and facilities serving teaching and learning.
b. Green – knowledge
Green - knowledge is the competitive activities of studying well, teaching well, saying no to negativity in studying and taking exams.
c. Green – ethical
Green - ethics is the competition of students to follow the rules and regulations of the school, and their behavior towards teachers and friends.
2.4. Youth Volunteer Team (YV)
a. Participants
- Each branch introduces 1 excellent, enthusiastic, responsible, exemplary student to join the Youth Volunteer Team.
- Total number of TNXK: 53 comrades.
- Ensure that there are at least 10 comrades studying each day at Phu Lam facility and 07 comrades at Vu Trong Phung facility.
- Daily supervisors of the Youth Volunteer Team: 02 comrades from the Student Management Department (2 campuses).
b. Support tools
- Armband with the words "Youth Volunteers".
- Youth volunteer card with photo and stamp of the School Youth Union.
- Pen, notebook.
c. Functions and tasks
- TNXK arrives 15 minutes early for each class and supervises at the checkpoints of the 2 training facilities.
- At the end of the lesson, we will check the implementation of the branches one more time.
- Surprise check.
- Monitor and remind compliance with "Green Lecture Hall" regulations and grade according to available scorecard.
- At the end of each week, month, and semester, the Youth Union Team Leader summarizes the scores of the classes and announces the ranking of each class on the school's media (website, Facebook, etc.).
d. Organizational structure
- Competition Steering Committee: 03 comrades from the Learning Committee - School Youth Union Executive Committee.
- Team leader: 01 comrade in charge.
- Deputy team leader: 02 comrades, of which 01 comrade is in charge of Human Resources, 01 comrade is in charge of Administration.
- 02 Supervisors under the Student Management Department are responsible for checking and signing the confirmation of the number of TNXK each session according to the schedule assigned by the TNXK Team.
2.5. Evaluation method
- The Youth Union Team is responsible for monitoring and evaluating each branch according to the assignment of the School Youth Union Executive Committee.
- Evaluation criteria, scoring sheet, report template according to attached appendix .
- At the end of each semester, summarize and classify the branches to award prizes.
III. AWARD STRUCTURE (by semester)
3.1. Award for “Green Collective”
- 01 first prize: 4,000,000 VND/prize + Certificate of Merit
- 01 second prize: 2,000,000 VND/prize + Certificate of merit
- 01 third prize: 1,000,000 VND/prize + Certificate of Merit
- 02 consolation prizes: 500,000 VND/prize + Certificate of merit
3.2. Award for “Youth Volunteers”
- 10 Excellent Shock Soldier prizes: 500,000 VND/prize

V. COORDINATION IN IMPLEMENTATION
5.1. On behalf of the School Youth Union
- Deploy to 100% of branches to implement the "Green Lecture Hall" emulation .
- Coordinate with leaders of units, homeroom teachers, and class officers closely in implementing the " Classroom X " emulation .
- Monitor, urge, periodically summarize implementation results , report to the Board of Directors and post news on the school's media.
- Manage the " Youth Volunteer " team to operate regularly, continuously and effectively in monitoring, checking and evaluating the activities of the branches .
5.2. On the part of the departments
a. Student Management Office
- Assign 02 supervisors under the Student Management Department to be responsible for checking and signing the confirmation of the number of TNXK each session according to the schedule assigned by the TNXK Team.
b. Administrative Management Department
- The HCQT Department assigns areas to participate in cleaning, sanitation, and tree care on weekends for the branches according to registration and supports labor tools.
- Print banners, streamers hanging in the school grounds.
- Make wristbands and TNXK cards for the TNXK Team.
- Print certificates of merit and awards for award-winning groups and individuals.
c. Other units
- The Executive Committee of the Union and the Head Teachers urge and remind students to participate in the competition seriously and achieve high results.
- The Communications Department is responsible for designing media publications, posting news on mass media and disseminating to all branches.
Above is the entire plan to organize the emulation movement "Green Lecture Hall", respectfully submitted to the Board of Directors for approval.
